We had a loved one come to ER from the nursing home and I just wanted to give a review on the wonderful care she received during her stay in ICU Each nurse treated her with respect and dignity, no matter how difficult she was. She was cared for consistently and attentively. I always felt welcome and I felt comforted as I left, that she was in excellent hands. The nurses and doctors in the ER were Kind and caring and did the best they could for her. Thank you all for your care.
I recently had surgery at St. David's North Austin Surgical Center. I wanted to leave a review because the level of care I received was TOP TIER! Upon arrival, I registered with a very nice lady who made that process extremely easy. Then I met Managing Nurse Bobbi (It was her birthday); she was so friendly and empathetic. She showed me to my room where I then met the following- Nurse Jay, Nurse Juicy, and the anesthesiologist team (Please excuse me but I forgot your names) you all did a phenomenal job with how you all cared ... read more
I know it's weird to enjoy your time at the hospital but I did I just had my baby and every moment up until I left it was great the nurses were amazing and took care of my needs. They were super friendly and kind and next baby I'm def going here
I delivered my baby here and it was the best experience I could have asked for! The nurses were there whenever I needed them and did so much for me and my new baby after delivery too! I will definitely be back for my next child birth!
providers that saw my son were all really great but registration got me frustrated. asked for supervisor was told that she was not there at the facility. better customer service is needed in the registration department or people will continue to receive attitude and no apology.
Hit or miss. If you are going to emergency department take an ambulance and you'll get in right away -- drive up yourself and it could take hours! Took me 5 hours one Sunday. Can be rude nurses and staff.
Very attentive and kind to mine and my baby needs. Especially my postpartum nurses Lynnette and Hannah B. They stood out because they were very down to earth and went above my needs to make sure I was comfortable.
@stdavidsnorth Finger amputation. Went 2 NAMC ER on 10/30/2022 around 1 - 2 pm nurse at the triage was so resourceful. Viral signs and x ray were quick The nurse, GJ, and Dr Gulati were kind. Very satisfied.
I'm writing 'maybe' under my review this time because the (I think) Nurse Practitioner who treated me was not very good. She saw where someone previously had written that I had COPD, which I actually do not, and she made a snap (& ineffective) treatment decision. When I continued not to improve, I went to my Mother's pulmonologist. He did a thorough history (which would be expected moreso than in the ER) and said that clearly I do not have COPD. I just don't think it's good medicine to look at an old medical history and ... read more
