I wasin the ER tonight w/lung issues, and without my hearing aids. Between many infirmities and papery skin, i visit ERs a lot more than most folks. The care was fabulous all the way around, and everyone went out of their way to communicate clearly. Can't thank y'all enough. There was one tiny hiccup, tho: I couldn't understand the CT machines graphics on the first go-round. I thought the first one was showing waves going into a mouth, lol.

I recently had outpatient surgery here, and it was a wonderful experience. From pre-op bloodwork 2 days before my procedure to check in the day of to the time I was discharged. Everyone is efficient, kind and professional, while still making you feel comfortable and safe. They have several comfortable waiting areas for your loved ones to wait. There's a gift shop and other places to stroll and pass the time while they wait. The hospital is much larger than I realized and there is plenty of parking.

Speaking on behalf of myself and my daughter.... This was a fantastic experience. My daughter delivered a beautiful little girl who unfortunately was whisked away to NICU for a day or so and then joined my daughter in her room for the rest of the stay. Every shift change came with a new group of very personable nurses and other medical/hospital staff. There was not one person we were not extremely happy with. Had severe abdominal pain Saturday evening and went to ER. No line at registration and was taken back within 10 minutes. Staff was super great and caring. Had to have my appendix out that next morning so spending the night in the ER was terrible! But by the next evening all was great. Doctors, nurses and surgeon was super. Only issue was no one asked to see my insurance info so had to make that call on Monday - don't want that bill!

I couldn't ask for better care from an ER; from the check-in process to treatment, everything was superb. Dr. Choi was great; he listened, kept me informed, and ensured I was comfortable before discharge. Louis, my nurse, has the greatest bedside manner and ensured I was well cared for.

We had a loved one come to ER from the nursing home and I just wanted to give a review on the wonderful care she received during her stay in ICU Each nurse treated her with respect and dignity, no matter how difficult she was. She was cared for consistently and attentively. I always felt welcome and I felt comforted as I left, that she was in excellent hands. The nurses and doctors in the ER were Kind and caring and did the best they could for her. Thank you all for your care.

I recently had surgery at St. David's North Austin Surgical Center. I wanted to leave a review because the level of care I received was TOP TIER! Upon arrival, I registered with a very nice lady who made that process extremely easy. Then I met Managing Nurse Bobbi (It was her birthday); she was so friendly and empathetic. I know it's weird to enjoy your time at the hospital but I did I just had my baby and every moment up until I left it was great the nurses were amazing and took care of my needs. They were super friendly and kind and next baby I'm def going here
