I had surgery in August 2017 at this facility. I have had a few inpatient hospital stays over the years at other facilities and I must say that this was the best. My needs were anticipated, when I asked for pain meds I got them, did not have to wait 30 or hour after asking, nice! Everyone that came in the room to care for me was friendly, respectful and informative. For the first time in all my stays, I did not want to leave! Thank you to everyone.

The hospital was really big, and although a little confusing to navigate through there were nice staff along the way to point me in the right direction. It was super clean throughout and I loved the dr at the woman's center who saw me! Recomend.

I gotta say this hospital impressed me. I went into the ER for shortness of breath due to an on-going asthma attack. Within 5 minutes I was taken to a room and began getting treated. I ended by being admitted for observation due to the fact that they couldn't get my breathing under control in about 5 hours. The customer service of this location is outstanding. The staff were friendly and accommodating in both the ER and upstairs in my room. I found the day staff to be a little more with it in terms of staying on my med sche... read more

I give 3 stars because my impression was that the staff did what they could, but that they are overstretched. I was hospitalized in the past at a Private Hospital, the Hospital at Westlake Medical Center, where I received no judgement when asking for ANY need or request (including pain medication, anxiety medication, nausea medication). Here, you can see the nursing staff is working in some red tape, almost slightly judgmental with requests & accommodations to medicine requests & hesitation to contact a Dr for orders as soon... read more

I give up on making appointments at ADC North. I am always on hold for more than 20-30+ minutes!! Most of the time, I hang up after holding for more than 20 minutes. I am now looking for non-ADC doctors.

our stay was 5 days and we had many nurses. Only One nurse made our stay feel like we weren't bothering them to ask for one towel for patient to shower -as allowed to do so, or a cup of ice every 6 hrs, hot packs for after surgery incision sites -as directed to use by MD, they had a Fall risk band on patient but still took 20 minutes to come in and help to go to the restroom -we actually helped her go instead of waiting 20 min for someone to come in, they got bothered when we called nurse through button and asked how we put ... read more

Why do we need to fill out the same paperwork three times? Time wasting health care practices abound.

So short staffed they don't have time to properly care for people. I went here for a neck injury and the doctor wrote it up as a head ache after I kept trying to correct him and the nurse I left with a prescription for anxiety. ... and when I reported it and they had someone "internally investigate it" they saw no wrong doing. The nurse even said" oh these are for u head ache and I told her I don't have a head ache and she told me. Well we don't have time to change it so go see ur PCP. And when I told them I might need an MR... read more

Had heart surgery in January. When I checked out after 12 days was given was n 7 prescriptions! Dr said if I miss one I would die! These hospitals are a SCAM. They force you to make an office visit for a refill which cost $400! I can't walk up stairs. Medications keep me from sleeping. I'm no better than when I went it. RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN! COST $100K
