St. David's is amazing . This was my 2nd time Back. I had surgery and every stuff nurse and the doctors were amazing. They work around the lock to make sure you are ok and are the best Of the best. My dads a physician but retired knows how hard and busy in hospital it can be. I had to stay overnight and they made my life go smooth here. If you need a hospital to Go to go here. It's great people Staff etc.

I just got promoted to the title of mom and SDNAMC helped with delivering me that title. As someone who is relatively healthy, I've never really stepped foot into a hospital and it was a bit daunting and confusing to me of where our D day would be and how it all would work. Their labor and delivery unit is very helpful at scheduling tours so you can see inside the laboring room, postpartum room and they take you through the route to get from area to area for the day of your arrival. My labor was very long and arduous. I ha... read more

I started this wonderous adventure with a trip to the free standing St Davids emergency room thinking I was having a heart attack. After many hours of excruciating pain it was determined that I had a gallstone lodged in the opening of my gallbladder and the only cure was to remove the gallbladder. They could have removed my gallbladder, spleen, and liver at that point! ANYTHING to get the pain to stop! They then transferred me in an ambulance... I'm not exactly sure why... literally I was so high from pain meds that I am p... read more

When this place was first built, I referred to it as the Crystal Palace since it had so much open space and sparkling glass to the sky. Now I've had my first chance to get familiar with it since those days, and the gilt is off the lily. A friend was hospitalized for a week, admitted through ER. Frankly, staff in the waiting area could show a little more interest and friendliness. While most people waiting there certainly didn't seem to be in distress, and no doubt that's an irritation for staff, a little less impatience wo... read more

I've checked into this hospital twice. What a great hospital! The first time was after a cat bite (my fault). I went to their minor emergency center in Pflugerville. Unfortunately I had waited a day before going and had an infection. They treated it and had me come back two days later. Which I did, but because of other health issues the infection was not improved enough. They sent me from the ER to North AUSTIN. By the time I got there they had a room for me, the DR operated later that morning and I was discharged wit... read more

I just had surgery for ALCAPA which is a heart defect. Dr. King, Dr. Baptiste, Dr. Winders and their staff was fantastic. All of the staff in ICU and the hospital made me feel at home and were always responsive to my needs. I would definitely recommend these Doctors and the hospital for anything needed!

Short review due to the type of business. The hospital staff was pleasant. The place was clean and my friend was doing good. However, he had the same complaint my ex -wife did when she was admitted there, they are keeping him longer than necessary.
