Thank god I wasn't dying from something major. Got here at 1AM with serious pain on my tailbone and couldn't walk or sit or do anything. They finally saw me closer to an hour later and when they did it felt completely rushed. I will say, once they finally helped me with my problem, I definitely felt relief. Gaby and Susan were really helpful. Talked me through everything and made sure I was okay.
I have nothing but positive things to say about St. David's North. I had to visit the ER and the wait was not long. I ended up being admitted for 4 days. From the doctors to the nurses to the staff, everyone went out of their way to be caring and do tons of tests to make sure the cause of my issues was discovered. They did a lot to make me feel comfortable during a scary time. The doctors spent time talking to me and answering all my questions, never rushing. Emergency room staff is friendly and was able to get me checked in rather quickly. - Clean waiting room - friendly staff - able to check in and out without having to fill out paperwork - adequate parking - calming aesthetic - tvs and plenty of socially distant seating *Only Children's emergency and North Entrance are available for ER service. South and West entrances are (and have been) closed. Still able to find low-level, ground parking - but just a tip to plan for if you have an appointment. It's still an ER. Not th... read more
They are usually good and keep you informed about everything. I guess night shift didn't want to work this evening. Very slow, not friendly, and have not kept me updated with any of my labs or urine sample as they were sent off 3 hours ago and typically only takes 1 hour to receive.
Great service, but their billing department leaves a lot to be desired My wife recently got admitted to deliver our second baby. The care team at the hospital were amazing! The nurses (Carline, Mackenzie and Leah for delivery, then Megan S., Janice, Katelyn and the others for post natal care) were friendly and patient, the doctors as well. My wife recently went in for serious surgery on short notice with Dr. Kueck at St. David's. The entire experience was unexpectedly positive. Every single person we interacted with was exceptionally warm, positive, professional, and conscientious. The admitting nurse was immensely funny, brilliantly using humor to relieve her considerable fear and anxiety. Her hospital room had a comfortable chair for me so I could be with her and even brought a cot in so I could spend the night post-surgery with her. Prior to this we ha... read more
Dr. Hubbard and the nurses are amazing. They took care of my Mom really good. Dr. Hubbard is super professional, smart, and friendly. The nurses also are professional and very friendly. I highly recommended this ER. Big thanks to Dr. Hubbard and the nurses. God bless you guys !!!
Great experience with 0 slip ups. The staff is not only courteous and nice, they are super enthusiastic! And I don't mean just the nurses and doctors, literally everybody, including the cleaning ladies and staff from the kitchen. And yeah, the food is great! Easy to order, delivery is on time, the choice is great and their pan pizza is seriously the best I've ever tried.
