I give up on making appointments at ADC North. I am always on hold for more than 20-30+ minutes!! Most of the time, I hang up after holding for more than 20 minutes. I am now looking for non-ADC doctors.

our stay was 5 days and we had many nurses. Only One nurse made our stay feel like we weren't bothering them to ask for one towel for patient to shower -as allowed to do so, or a cup of ice every 6 hrs, hot packs for after surgery incision sites -as directed to use by MD, they had a Fall risk band on patient but still took 20 minutes to come in and help to go to the restroom -we actually helped her go instead of waiting 20 min for someone to come in, they got bothered when we called nurse through button and asked how we put ... read more

Why do we need to fill out the same paperwork three times? Time wasting health care practices abound.

So short staffed they don't have time to properly care for people. I went here for a neck injury and the doctor wrote it up as a head ache after I kept trying to correct him and the nurse I left with a prescription for anxiety. ... and when I reported it and they had someone "internally investigate it" they saw no wrong doing. The nurse even said" oh these are for u head ache and I told her I don't have a head ache and she told me. Well we don't have time to change it so go see ur PCP. And when I told them I might need an MR... read more

Had heart surgery in January. When I checked out after 12 days was given was n 7 prescriptions! Dr said if I miss one I would die! These hospitals are a SCAM. They force you to make an office visit for a refill which cost $400! I can't walk up stairs. Medications keep me from sleeping. I'm no better than when I went it. RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN! COST $100K

This hospital is a training hospital every nurse had to call someone else to help find veins. By this time both arms were poked several times. From drawing blood to putting on nasogastric tube had to be done twice because they couldn't get it the first time. CT scan the contrast was not done correctly because of rushing. The contrast was burning the entire arm and despite yelling for help no one came to help. The arm got like a balloon and I can go on and on. Stay away from this hospital if you want to come out alive. It's s... read more

Oh lord, don't try to ever get in touch with Tabitha Reedy, the head of the emergency department, to tell her about your lackluster experience at her hospital. I guess nobody can give feedback or advice on how to do better. Because I promise you that if you try you will be sent on a journey of endless calls of promises and excuses. Don't go to the hospital because the condescension from all the staff is mind boggling. Thanks Jay. Thanks Jacob for your petty comments. I promise they will send you on a never ending call e... read more

My husband is in the hospital as I type. Been waiting over 2 hours for an IV bag change. The nurses station is directly infront of my husband's room, so I know they can hear this machine going off for over 2HOURS! What's messed up about all of this is one of the nurses came in and said, "Ooh your machine is going off." Walked out 2 hours ago and hasn't returned yet. How do you go to the hospital to get better, but get worst?

This is one of the dirtiest hospitals I have been to. Had to call housekeeping so they can clean the restrooms and restock toilet paper and paper towels. Charge nurses on the floor only talked to you when you were ready to get discharged and not during your stay.
