This hospital is a training hospital every nurse had to call someone else to help find veins. By this time both arms were poked several times. From drawing blood to putting on nasogastric tube had to be done twice because they couldn't get it the first time. CT scan the contrast was not done correctly because of rushing. The contrast was burning the entire arm and despite yelling for help no one came to help. The arm got like a balloon and I can go on and on. Stay away from this hospital if you want to come out alive. It's s... read more

Oh lord, don't try to ever get in touch with Tabitha Reedy, the head of the emergency department, to tell her about your lackluster experience at her hospital. I guess nobody can give feedback or advice on how to do better. Because I promise you that if you try you will be sent on a journey of endless calls of promises and excuses. Don't go to the hospital because the condescension from all the staff is mind boggling. Thanks Jay. Thanks Jacob for your petty comments. I promise they will send you on a never ending call e... read more

My husband is in the hospital as I type. Been waiting over 2 hours for an IV bag change. The nurses station is directly infront of my husband's room, so I know they can hear this machine going off for over 2HOURS! What's messed up about all of this is one of the nurses came in and said, "Ooh your machine is going off." Walked out 2 hours ago and hasn't returned yet. How do you go to the hospital to get better, but get worst?

This is one of the dirtiest hospitals I have been to. Had to call housekeeping so they can clean the restrooms and restock toilet paper and paper towels. Charge nurses on the floor only talked to you when you were ready to get discharged and not during your stay.

When someone is sick or in pain, they want to be checked in by someone who has some kind of compassion. What brought me here was pain in my knee. I might have gotten up wrong . I don't know why I started having so much pain in my knee , but these nurses here act like they don't care. My nurse when she had the time to open her mouth and ask me questions . Would asked the questions and when I answered her. She would roll her eyes, the place where they take you to get your vitals was so small . I hit my knee ( the hurt one ) o... read more

Go to a smaller ER, you will be in and out faster, we were here for 4 hours. They lost blood samples from over 8 people and urine samples from others as well. 2 hours after they lost we had to redo blood and wait another hour after they said it would be 20 minutes. How do they lose blood samples ? Where did it go? They said we don't know ? Boyfriend came in with chest pains they took forever to see him in the waiting room if it was an actual heart attack he would have died! Worst ER ever

My poor mother went to the ED on 11/9/24 and little did she know she would become a guinea pig for the new students at the emergency department, they all gathered around my mother in a tiny cubicle watching one of the students learning how to draw blood from difficult veins. My sister at the bedside warned them to stop MANY TIMES!! and they would continue pocking my poor mother who was suffering horrible as they were learning. They did not get the blood, they were just learning!!! BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!!!!

0 stars. I have never felt more ignored by anyone none the less "caregivers". Awful. Was moved around from bed to bed in the er. None of the nurses care or give a shit about you. I waited over 3 hours for a glass of water while also in extreme pain and was not given medication prescribed by my doctor. Don't bother coming here no one will even talk to you.
