I am 6'3 ,I started at 322 lbs. my goal was 250. November 6 ,2023. I started my weight loss journey I followed the plan the girls laid out for me. Today 3/21/2024. I"m down 72 lbs. If you have a substantial amount of weight you are trying to loose , and know your not going to be able to on your own I highly recomend this program.
