I had a consult with Amanda on of the nutrition coaches to learn all about the program. She was very thorough and explained how the program works and what my expectations should be. I explained at this point I was just collection information to best review my options. If the program has people with Amanda's professionalism then it is certainly one to consider

The weekly encouragements and gentle reminders from the nutritionist were so helpful and encouraging. The mental training podcasts were so important to me to help train my thought process around food and what I can do to help myself. The recipes were so helpful so that I could see all the delicious food I can eat.

SOTA is the only weight loss program that has worked for me, and it is so much easier than all the other programs out there. Your coaches will tell you what to eat and when to eat it. You just have to stay on plan. There are so many tasty options too! So you don't have to worry about cravings! And when it comes to cooking -- it's veggies and protein -- I prep mind on Sunday for the week and don't have to worry about it all week long. Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy
