South County Lexus has the best service department for Lexus that we have ever experienced. My wife and I live in Carlsbad, about a 45-60 minute drive from South County Lexus. Even though there is a Lexus dealer within an 8-minute drive from us, we will only go to South County because of their honesty and integrity. We have also purchased six Lexus cars in the last 20 years, four of them from South County for the same reasons. Honesty + Integrity = Our Loyalty. South County Lexus gets the equation. The Other does not.
