Routine Maintenance Having relocated from Ventura County, I was not sure I would receive the same care and service that I had received at Thousand Oaks Lexus for nearly 20 years. However, I was incredibly amazed by the service provided by Eric Paulsen. He was welcoming, kept me up-to-date during the process and let me know when my car was ready. I was also amazed by the facilities, i.e. the lounge, café bar and Wi-Fi availability. As a new resident of Laguna Woods, Orange County Lexus is now my go to dealer for service. Cris

Replace oxygen sensor I received a recall notice from Lexus concerning the oxygen sensor, but I had until 2018 to fix the problem. But when the DMV renewal came, I had to get the sensor fixed before I could register my car. So I called and setup an appointment. The recall notice indicated that the process could take about an hour, so I thought I could wait for the car to be done. I live my gs350 Thank you so much! I love my new preowned GS 350. This was an easy and pleasant car shopping experience. Great dealership and staff. Matt Hasso was not pushy at all, and made this a great buying experience. Great customer service! We did not feel we were steered away from buying the car we wanted. Other dealerships had terrible salesmen. We will definitely come back here when my mom and aunt are ready to buy a new lexus. We love our car! We can't stop smiling. 75k tuneup and issue with brakes Service was, as always, top notch. My advisor, Vincent I believe was very helpful and was able to provide great service with an ongoing problem I have had with brake noise. Problem is fixed and Lexus South County really left no stone unturned when looking for the problems. Very pleased!
