Excellent customer service The service person was ready for my scheduled appointment with the loaner car as requested. My check in time was short and the service was completed as scheduled. They always do a outstanding job making my car look new again. The employees are always friendly and helpful and make you feel like you are important to them.

Wonderful service and efficiency The only negative is the cost of the work done. The service person that I worked with was polite and very professional. He kept me informed on the status of my RX. The mechanic working on my RX did a thorough review and discovered several problems which he corrected.

Felt like as if I was family My brother recently bought a Lexus from Rodger Mehr. I test drove his 2016 Lexus ct200 F-sport and loved it. So I contacted Rodger telling him what I was looking for. Rodger Mehr made me feel as I was family and he took care of his family. I came to buy a used ct200 f sport but he talked me into a new one and gave me a good deal on it.
