JR continues to help our family with all of our Lexus cars. This is my 4th Lexus and we keep returning because of JR. He keeps touch with us on how our care is doing and if we have any needs or questions about Lexus. JR is the reason we leased our current car. I was very close to buying a BMW but JR and his kind and considerate ways we decided to Lease our RX. Thank you again JR
