Service advisor, Hassan, was excellent. Company policy to change to apply 3% to credit card payment was not a good policy. I might consider other options to service my car.

Page 271 of my Owner's Manual shows a cargo net that lies flat on the trunk floor. I tried to order this cargo net at the dealer while I was at there for my first service appointment, and I was disappointed/surprised to be told that it doesn't exist.

They were trying to sell service to my wife that clearly did not have to done,
Good person who set up service, however, follow through of person who actually did the work was not stellar. Had to bring car back as sensors not working which should have been technician responsibility
They did not listen to me. Requested that they do NOT wash car asked several times had them write it on paperwork and they did not follow instructions. Then did nothing to make it right.

They attempted to upsell an unnecessary alignment and then informed us that credit card payments were only allowed for services totaling $500 or more. No other dealership enforces such a ridiculous policyclearly a tactic to offset their own costs. Absolutely absurd.
