Dealing with Dave was just easy. That's the best thing I can say. There could have been all kinds of hiccups but I didn't know it if there were and I really appreciate that. Even after we closed Dave has been following up on a subsequent transaction he referred me to another vendor to complete. I'll definitely be back next time.

Laura was just excellent. She made herself available to us at any time to answer any questions that we had. More than once she was able to calm my fears and show me that things are going to be okay in the homebuying process. I would 100% recommend doing business with her and her company.

If you are looking for mortgage look no further, Dave has the key to your next home! Really….He is very professional, knowledgeable and quick to reply to your questions no matter how basic they are, but the most important point is that, he can get you the loan! I know, everyone has a different situation. I worked with a major bank that initially agreed with my loan but later asked for more down payment! Told my story to Dave, he said he can get me the loan! David is great. Clear communicator, calm and capable. Great rates didn't hurt our experience either. We were first time buyers and had quite a few questions. It was really nice to be able to ask numerous (I'm sure irritating) questions. It was a big investment for us and we needed a little hand holding. Would recommend using David's help next time.

Dave and his team were amazing to work with as a first time home buyer! Dave was easy to talk with, answering any and all questions that I had. He explained the mortgage process in a way that was understandable. Always kept the lines of communication open. Everything was done and in time for my home buying! Great team and service!

We've used Brian in the past to refinance. He switched companies but I finally found him and was able to have him refinance our current house! He is very knowledgeable and if there are any hiccups along the way he finds a way to make it work for you.
