David is great. Clear communicator, calm and capable. Great rates didn't hurt our experience either. We were first time buyers and had quite a few questions. It was really nice to be able to ask numerous (I'm sure irritating) questions. It was a big investment for us and we needed a little hand holding. Would recommend using David's help next time.
My husband and I were first time homebuyers and went into the process a bit nervous because of all the horror stories we had heard from family and friends about bad experiences. Amiee Carr and her team are impressive! They know they're stuff and they are on top of everything. My home buying experience was quite complicated due to factors outside of our control, however; she worked through every wrench that got thrown at us and went above and beyond the call of duty.
