I recently received some inferior sod that a hired landscaper used in my yard. The sod was NOT from Southland Sod Farms. I believed the landscaper was going to use sod from Southland Sod Farms but did not. To make a long story short, I spoke with John at Southland and he helped me tremendously with a future order to replace the inferior sod. I spoke with John through text and by phone and he was eager to help me out. He said to contact him with any other questions and help. Great customer service.

Southland Sod has wonderful customer service. They honored the warranty and replaced my sod.. The local sales rep (Renato de Souza) came to my house and helped me every step of the way to diagnose the problem and assure the new installation was perfect. After installation, he even came again to see how the sod was doing a week later and said to call him directly if I have any other questions. I was having some trouble and was not sure what I needed to do. Renato came out and showed me what I was doing wrong. He took all the time I needed and answered all my questions. I have always been very happy with the merathon grass seed it germinates in 7 days but I was dealing with clay soil and watering to much and Renato De Sousa told me what I needed to do. A while back, I replaced all the sod in my back yard, front yard, and parkway. The company supplying the sod was Southland Sod Farms. When I first called them, I was immediately impressed with the staff, who were very knowledgeable when answering my questions. I was originally interested in getting Marathon II sod, but after describing many of my lawn areas as being shaded for a large portion of the day, they recommended Marathon I, because it was much more shade-tolerant. The best product and support available. Installed Marathon II in a High Desert full sun lawn. Delivery, instructions and support were all spot on and the results exceeded any expectation that I thought I would find in a do it yourself project. Called for support on aftercare and was immediately contacted by the representative who gave me specific advice and offers for future support. I know if I have any questions or need any assistance this company we'll stand behind its amazing products.

John came exactly at the time that he said he was going to come and he explained everything that we needed to do to help our Grass stay healthy. He definitely was very helpful. He even checked all our sprinklers and gave us a lot of tips..
