Customer ‘care’ is important to our family when purchasing a product or service. My husband and I purchased sod from our landscaper and unfortunately we had issues with installation. The service provided by southland sod is above and beyond what we expected to be honest. We thought they just help deliver grass and that’s it. I know we are a small customer in terms of the size order, around 250-300sqft, but the the care and support after we installed the grass from southland sod is something that you don’t often get.
