These tours have always been a mainstay of Los Angeles .... And now they are EVERYWHERE... with English �Double Decker Buses �.... It wouldn't be Hollywood� if you didn't see a tour bus ...�
Our night tour started almost an hour late, during which time the staff either did not communicate with the group or gave erroneous information. Once we finally got under way the tour was terrible: from poor driving skills of the guide (stomp on the gas to go, stomp on the breaks multiple times to stop, making the heartiest among us motion sick), the lack of personality and or relevant references from the guide (I'm willing to guess only 2 of 9 of us on the tour had any idea who Stephanie Powers is and none of us were intere... read more

If you ever go to L.A. don't waste your money with Starline Tours. 1. They give erroneous information, 2. They don't tell you that the continuous route actually traps you at a location when they randomly stop running for an hour, 3. They do not pick up customers where they say they will, and 4. When you ask about correct pick up information, their manager, "Vincent" is rude and blames you for waiting where their employee, "William" told you to wait, which turned out to be the wrong place, causing you an additional, unnecessa... read more

Worst tour in LA!!!! Save your money and take an Uber around LA. No air conditioning in the buses, they are filthy and none of them run on time. We spent most of the day waiting for buses that were always late or never showed up. Some people were given free tickets to Madam Tussauds after purchasing tickets and we never received these.
They cancelled our tour 7 hrs before our time. After we flew to LA for it
Starlinetours is not the best way to see L.A or get from point A to point B. They pick you up, which they were late for, and transfer you to a depot so you can line up with every other tourist in L.A. to reconfirm your booking and transfer you to another bus. This morning they forgot to pick up a family so we had to wait for that to be corrected. By this time, the bus we were supposed to be on had departed so they've thrown us on another bus heading in the general vicinity. We finally got away an hour after scheduled departu... read more
