I needed to have my fur baby checked right away due to signs indicating she had a serious health issue. The wonderful ladies in the front office gave me the opportunity to bring her in that morning. Dr B ran tests and offered options on next steps for immediate treatment via a referral to urgent care. The front desk ladies are always professional but friendly. I miss Dr Rakow but recommend this Vet's office they have always been very helpful & when I needed something they responded within a short amount of time.

Great staff and wonderful vets. Dr. Paulden is super-knowledgeble and never tries to hurry you out. Very comfortable office. Love the office girls as well!

I was happy with the experience here. The staff was polite. My cats may not have been thrilled the entire time bc they got neutered (the bells cut off).

I've used Stiern for a few years now, all of my animals have been seen here. I've honestly never had any problems, the office staff and they vets are great. They've never been rude to me and always try to get my animals in if I need it. Today they were able to get my dog in as a work in appointment because she ripped her nail off and none of the emergency vet hospitals would see her. I can't begin to explain how much I appreciate Stiern and the people who work here.

They have been taking care of my animals for many years! The staff is efficient and works hard to accommodate my schedule. The office manager, Mrs. Artiaga, is caring, compassionate and loving with my pets as well as their owners. Dr Rakow giving the best care to each one. I would give more stars if it were possible!
