The food was not served hot. The French Onion Soup and Chili with White Beans was warm. The Wellington was burnt, but still not served hot. The Bacon & Wild Mushroom Linguini was weirdly sweet, we were told that was because they use maple bacon. It was inedible, sweet is not a flavor element one would expect in bacon and mushroom linguini. On the other hand the Bread Pudding was excellent. Overall, I would not recommend.
Normally I wouldn’t comment, I have been in the service industry myself and I realize that restaurants are short staffed and mistakes happen, but this was by far a complete disaster in service and communication. We had a server that was completely overwhelmed. Our drinks didn’t come, food was late and when served had obviously been under a heat lamp for some time. We received wine after dinner was complete. Love the food, service was slow. Had to ask for our server after sitting for 10 minutes without anyone stopping by.
The food was pretty good, but the steak was bland and overcooked (ordered medium well but it was definitely well and charred on the outside). The mashed potatoes and asparagus were amazing. The ribs were good. For the price, there are other restaurants in the area I would rather go to.
We had to wait 10 minutes to be seated for our 6:30 reservation. Once seated, another 15 minutes before our server came to our table. We ordered a bottle of wine….waited another 15 minutes to tell us it wasn’t available 😡 Food : mediocre Service 👎
I ordered the New York strip med well and was served the much more expensive prime rib, VERY PINK. waitress stated she heard me order the prime rib, but the people at my table heard me order new York strip. And, I NEVER order prime rib at a restaurant 😒
