I don't recommend this place unless your prepared to get the vehicle your looking to buy sold behind your back. My family and I were looking to buy a Chevrolet High country SUV. While we were on a test ride, Mid ride apparently the car we wanted was sold to someone who came in and bought it during our ride. We asked for the manager and asked him about the situation. Recently bought a pre owned truck from this dealership and it has been the worst experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. They sold me a car without being inspected. Spare tire was destroyed and didn't even do an alignment on the truck. Been calling them for over 4 days and nothing has been resolved. Sold me the truck with one fob/key after the fact I sign the paperwork.

Bait and Switch on pricing Run, Run, Run!!!!! Went in looking at a used 2022 Chevrolet pickup. Would not budge on price and said they add a 2,999 reconditioning fee to the price to make up for all the detailing and fixes they make. That 3k should be added into the price, they said they don't because no one would come on lot to look at cars so they purposely have fake low prices. Dealership does not warranty their service. We had two injectors replaced in two months and on the last service the harness was not replaced or attached properly after it came loose on a trip to Houston two weeks after the last Stonebriar service. Chevy dealership in Houston diagnostic service was done and the harness was re-attached. After several attempts to speak with someone in management, Stonebriar Chevy would not reimburse us for the deductible for the repair in Houston or rental car to return to Dallas. Update: I took it back and insisted to have the blinker checked and fixed because I shouldn't see that happening three weeks after driving it off the lot, and the blinker working then not working back and forth means it wasn't the bulb out, that's just common sense with no need for mechanic or electrical knowledge. I was correct. The wiring harness was too taut and causing the connection to go off and on. Hard even giving these guys 1 star,, recent visit last week end of Jan- Ordered a plate to replace part on running board- service rep "said" oh sure it's here and will be installed ,, only to arrive after they had my truck for a week to find they ordered wrong part, tried to say the running boards weren't GM issued- they were, Bottom line their labor prices are "criminal" had front and rear diff fluids replaced and this one part (now discontinue) to running board,, and bill totaled 1000.00 Ridiculous!!! If I could give them zero stars I would. Bad business, no communication, adding on fees that weren't advertised, went back on their word, management is horrible...I could go on. We were ready to move forward and buy a truck from them after negotiating a deal with them (all agreed on) and they lied and went back on their word (all in writing) and lost the deal because of it. Fix the phone. I called for service and couldn't get a hold of a human being. It was some automated telephone operator who then hung up on me. How do you run a business like this? Wow. I'm now scheduled at McKinney.

We had a 915am appointment. We test drove car. We were going back and forth on offer and trade in value. Nester went to talk to manager, which seemed to be taking forever. He came back to inform us that car was sold to someone else while we were working with him. This seemed like terrible customer service and we will not be back nor recommend this dealership ever!
