So where do I begin with this place. We just moved to Texas and we were looking for a dealership for repairs and when we decided it was time for an upgrade. We chose this dealership as it had higher Google reviews. We had an issue come up with the collision alert system and called in and scheduled an appointment. We then called back and needed to reschedule so we could get an appointment with a loaner vehicle. UPDATE- After over 5 hrs of waiting i finally said forget it just bring my tahoe back & i will go elsewhere when they pull it back up & its making a terrible squealing sound that it did not make before i brought it in & the manager says well we didnt cause it but im sure its covered by your warranty, absolutely not!I get in to leave & the wires behind my camera reaview mirror are hanging out with nothing covering them! Steve the Finance person we dealt with, added my name to an application without my consent, and made me primary on the vehicle. I only consented to co-sign for my granddaughter only. They approved her sister for a vehicle, because she had more to pay down. This is the application my name was used on without my consent. I believe this is forgery or falsifying information, may even qualify as Deceptive Trade Practice.
I completed a deal over the phone and when I went into dealership they added warranties that I did not want. I asked to take them off, was told they were taken off I was tired and did not read it very well. I was lied to and will not return to dealership
I purchased a new 2023 Chevrolet Silverado in Nov. 2023, from this dealership. In addition, I purchased about 6000 dollars worth of accessories including a 2700 dollar retractable tonneau cover. After about four months, the cover began to separate from the bed. This caused the bed to hold large amounts of water when it rains. If I could rate this dealership a 0, I would. I will be driving 40 minutes to Classic Chevrolet for any and all matters before I ever return 7 minutes down the road to Stonebriar Chevrolet. From the car buying process and dealing with a crooked dealer to the atrocious customer service when trying to get maintenance done on my new vehicle, there are so many detailed things I could list as to issues as to why I'd never, EVER recommend this dealership to anyone. Inquired about the Out The Door price on this vehicle, got a call from a sales person that seemed annoyed at the inquiry who told me "it depends on your trade in".. I asked what does your price have to do with a trade in? He then told me that there are taxes and fees which I understood but then told me about a $1,995.00 addendum which I found ridiculous. Not happy about the $200 diagnostics charge to tell me have a bad battery, I don't call that excellent customer service, I call that a ripoff. Don't think I'll be doing any kind of service again. To top it off, was told my engine had an oil leak that was covered by the warranty and my vehicle spent the entire week with you guys but only to be charged an excessive abusive fee. Hope this doesn't happen to others.
Typical sleezy dealership. Truck being advertised for $35,400. They try to sell it to me for over $43,000. Trying to get me to take a 35k truck for a $1,400 a month payment. Offer way below trade in value on my vehicle. Have an attitude the whole time. Go to any other dealership. This one will just waste your time.
