this dealer is the worst. they only care about your pocket, and is rude if u don't satisfy them. Something wrong is with this dealer, we met two guy and I'm surprised that both of them are rude and irrespective. This rating is for the service department only. I actually had quite a good experience with the sales and financing. But my bad experience with service will make me never return to Stonebriar Chevrolet. I had an issue with the AC in my Equinox. The issue was that after a time it would stop blowing cold. Completely. there a sale man Escobar or something Might be the worst salesman I've ever heard in my life guy was rude disrespectful don't know how he's a manager didn't even ask me for my name. Didn't even push for a sale. Didn't even know a price after looking up told me a price then went up and overall just bad service do not do not come here.

"This must be the worst dealership in the Berkshire Hathaway Automotive portfolio!!!! I have purchased two vehicles from Stonebriar in the past. A 2020 Camero RS, and a 2022 Silverado 1500. We are in need of another vehicle and we found one online that was in transit. I called the dealership and spoke with a salesman who informed me that the trucks are selling so fast that most people are buying them before they arrive. Not a great experience shopping here. Was told we'd get a certain deal, but upon reviewing contract they took off certain packages to look like we got a deal.
If I could give Stonebriar Chevrolet any NEGATIVE stars I would not hesitate! ABSOLUTELY the WORST experience of trying to buy a car I've ever had! I negotiated a sales price and told we had a deal contingent on financing. I filled out the Credit App as requested. I have very GOOD credit and a high Income.
