Worst experience ever, bought a pre owned car. They told me the car would be ready to pick up the next day, it needed to be serviced and detailed. After repeated calls to sales and service dept. the car is still not ready. It has been 5 days now since purchase, still no car. I asked about a loaner to drive and was told they had none available. Sewell or VanTuyl needs to purchase and rescue this dealership. Their service management needs a serious overhaul. They consistently make mistakes and have no care about it. I love my Chevy truck but I'm trading it in due to consistent horrible service. Disappointing.

Two hours for an oil change is pretty wild. Had an appointment on Saturday at 2pm I even got here about 15 mins early. Just to stop my car off. I come back about an hour and a half later and they still aren't done. It's is now 4:15pm as I am typing this and I am still waiting. On top of that, this is all $130? Wouldn't recommend coming here. And NO it wasn't even busy and YES I had an appointment.

Awful service. It's worth driving to the grapevine Chevrolet instead of going here. Been 2 times and I called to make an oil change appointment and went in to get it done and they said they didn't have it in and someone should've called me which they didn't so I made an appointment another day and called ahead and also let them know I have insurance to cover my oil change and to which they said something about it being illegal ? To do stuff on my car without calling the insurance to make sure they'll pay for it??? Very confu... read more

I won't bore you with the details of my lousy experience from the Stonebriar Chevrolet service department but it's the same bs issues as just about every other review on here. Instead, do yourself a HUGE favor and just take our advise... AVOID going to the Stonebriar Chevrolet Service Department at all costs.

On 10 Oct 2022 I visited Stonebriar Chevrolet and asked for an estimate to bodywork to my 2022 Corvette. I was given an estimate and told that it would take 10 days to receive the necessary parts. I am a pilot and had a 2-week international trip scheduled on 14 Oct. I dropped my car off on the 14th before my trip at Stonebriar Chevrolet and asked them to complete the repairs and gave them the information for my insurance company. I purchased a 2018 Chevrolet Corvette on 8/13/2022 from Stonebriar Chevrolet in Frisco, TX. My wife and I had a good experience dealing with Adi our salesman. We agreed on the purchase price and the amount of our trade. When it came time to finance the car, TJ tacked on 2 warranties in the sales contract. He never asked if we wanted a warranty, he arbitrarily just added them. He told us we were getting such a great deal. First, I encourage each reader to look at all the reviews for Stonebriar's Service Dept. There are quite a few highly rated reviews, but almost all of the one star reviews are similar. You really should think twice before taking your vehicle to Stonebriar Chevrolet. My issue is simple. I purchased a used Chevy Cruze for my daughter. Went in to buy a car, was treated so poorly in the middle of us signing paperwork he drops everything to handle someone else who wanted a nicer car. After spending my whole day in there to not leave with the car I was told it would be ready by 11 am the next morning. When I got their I was told it wasn't started on yet and would be around 5 pm.
