I gave it one star because the sales person Mr. kyle was very good, nice and professional, but the dealer use marketing gamic, they never charge what they advertise on their web or stand behind their ad that says a lot about their management business ethics and business practice, they are entitled to charge what they desire but they need to be upfront about it. I would not recommend this dealership take your business somewhere else don't waste your time. After reading few reviews about their practice I would recommend to con... read more

Bad customer service. Bought Chevy Tahoe 2024 with them and went back for complimentary oil change service. I have to wait almost 3 hrs for it and never got any paperwork. Been waiting for it to receive in the email and it has been 2 weeks now. Wondering if they have done any service on it.

Stonebriar Chevrolet's service department is awful, and you should not take your car here for anything. They're incapable of answering their phone, claimed I agreed to services that I did not, and refused to work with my insurance company.

Purchased a new Colorado ZR2 and had to return the truck to the dealership within a couple of day and 200 miles on the odometer. I was promised that the issue would be taken care of (repaired under warranty) but the service department could not be any more uninterested. Going on three weeks now and they havent done anything. No service loaner available as per the service adviser. The general manager (coward) won't communicat with me. The service manager has lied to my face and I've now been pawned off to the sales mana... read more

Scummy used car sales techniques, went to see a car last week and was immediately hounded with "so what kind of monthly payment would you be wanting?" aka the typical price-hiding bs that most car dealers love to do. Sales person and manager were immediately combative once I shot down the notion of immediately signing papers to make a deal, and were trying to coerce me to run a credit check before I had even seen the vehicle. After seeing it and then going back inside, come to find out there is a $3k "Dealer Added Accessorie... read more

I went to Stonebriar Chevrolet today to make my final decision on a Z06 for myself and a Tahoe Z71 for my wife. I ended up cutting my visit to the dealership short. While looking at the Tahoe, I had several questions and the sales person didn't know the answers to most of them. I get these cars have lots technology and I can't expect the sales person to know everything. However a "I don't know the answer" followed by "I will get you an answer..." would have been acceptable. Then I questioned a $2000 dealer add on for win... read more

Looking for our 16 year olds first car, got her license the day before. Wife and kids drove an hour and a half to look at a vehicle. Was to be set aside per Chris. When they arrived the paperwork was being completed, it was sold while they were on their way. Dealership then found another vehicle for the same price and they went for a test drive. 16 year old loved it and it was a done deal for us. When they returned another salesman had a contract on it and it was no longer available. How do they help next?? Showing them a ve... read more

DONT BUY A USED CAR FROM STONEBRIAR CHEVY I bought a 2021 Toyota RAV4, found out later after the rear panel became loose and the inside liners removed, that the car had major frame damage. It was repaired very poorly. there were dents and holes in the frame and rust. nothing was disclosed at the sale except "clean car fax". Ped, used car sales told there was nothing they would do for me. He was rude and angry. I drove to the dealership, spoke with the GM after waiting 2 hours. After a long discussion, he looked at the car,... read more

**Used Car Sales** I traded in a very modified Mustang GT to them and I am very happy with my purchase and how the New Car team treated me. But today, I got a Facebook message from the guy that bought my car, lucky for him, I left a speeding ticket in the glove box. When I traded in the GT, I provided a list of modifications to at least 3 people and gave VERY detailed instructions on the fuel system (e85 only) and many other things that could be damaged if the wrong fuel was used. I even told the GM where to get the best fu... read more
