Oscar Castillo was pushy with me on the phone when I called and really just hurried me off the line because he seemed busy. Just purchased a brand new 2025 Traverse last month. AVOID THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT - AWFUL. I brought my '23 Suburban in for a check engine light and warning message. Dropped off on Tuesday morning, picked up Friday. Get into the car and check engine light is still on and same warning message appeared again. 3 full days and nothing done. Cost me $250 for rental car Tuesday - Friday and inconvenience of back and forth to dealership and nothing was accomplished. Asked if they wanted to try again to make this right. Absolutely TERRIBLE. Save yourself your time and your patience. Spent a hour trying to get help. Get to service today and the guy was EXTREMELY RUDE. I asked if he may know any other locations offer loaners since my car would need to be there a few days. He says "how the hell would I know, I work here" Got it buddy! STEER CLEAR!!!!! Terrible experience, if I could leave 0 stars I would. No one knows one hand from the other. Have been given misinformation from the moment we started the process of purchasing the car a MONTH ago and still dealing with it now. Love my car, but this dealership needs some work!!!! Choose another dealership. Had an appointment well in advance to check out my electrical issues. After getting there and they did my very first car service on a 2024 Malibu (less than 6 months old), they told me they couldn't deal with the electrical issues and would need 1-2 days to even look at it. I reached out to the two individuals mentioned and also tried to contact the general manager of sales, and did not get a response. The parent company Berkshire Hathaway Auto-Dallas told me to file a lemon law complaint as they also reached out to the dealership to get this resolved and did not get a response. Not a surprise based on the dealerships lack of ethics and awful customer service.
Your service advisor Oscar was out right terrible. Completely rude off the start. I created an appointment over a week for an oil change and have a noise checked coming from my motor (a noisy belt) first started with I hope you expected to drop off your vehicle 24/48 hours before we can check it. Absolutely horrendous customer service by the sales floor manager, Esteban I believe. Very condescending and rude. I called him out on it and he responded rudely with no remorse. The salesman who helped me with the vehicle was obviously embarrassed. I asked to speak with the GM and was told that he was not there. They would not provide contact information.
