We had a 915am appointment. We test drove car. We were going back and forth on offer and trade in value. Nester went to talk to manager, which seemed to be taking forever. He came back to inform us that car was sold to someone else while we were working with him. This seemed like terrible customer service and we will not be back nor recommend this dealership ever!

I just tried calling to schedule service, after the virtual assistant hung up on me 3 times I got through to a person who said they'd put me on hold and then also hung up. Horrible customer service, I can't imagine how much worse it would have been if I actually brought in my vehicle.

So apparently Rena, Brian and Drew, still insist on taking advantage of their customers with their garbage of an excuse. It's simple Rena, we have no businesses taking our business to you. Let the reviews speak for themselves. They have a lot of inventory for a reason, nobody wants to buy from them. I am so lucky we walked away and now that I see we're not alone in our horrible experience I'm confident we dodged a bullet. We wasted so much time working out a deal only to walk away because of the shady tactics used. The manager had no problem arrogantly telling us to walk out the door if we didn't like his offer. Bait and Switch! Stonebriar Chevrolet website is offering all Equinoxes at MSRP less $5000 plus TTL and Doc fee! Great Deal! BUT when you get to dealership you will find a small dealer add on charge $2499.00! This charge is not mentioned on the website or during the sales pitch.(Supposedly it's for edge guards, periodic detailing and window tint) . It only comes up at the closing. RUN AWAY. I don't believe I have ever had a worse experience at any place of business than we have had with Stonebriar Chevrolet and the service department. From the service advisor, Maria Cardina. Her supervisor, Brian Hershman and his boss, Drew Burk, we were treated with absolute disrespect, dishonesty and unprofessionalism. We were yelled at, spoken down to and called names. Update to response : Ha your response is full of untruths. It took three days to respond to all social media reviews, where as all other reviews you respond in an hour. Had to think about how to craft this one carefully. The only one being abused here is me the customer having to spend my time and money fixing what y'all screwed up. I have brought my car in twice now to be serviced and both times I have left with something else broken that they don't want to take responsibility for. When trying to discuss it with the service manager he had an attitude and basically told me I was lying. Do not take your car here and don't trust them. If you do I would take a video of everything because they do not take responsibility. let this be fair warning. We wasted time here and really were ready to buy a truck for its advertised price but they made it crystal clear they would not sell it for that. We drove 4 hours RT after being told there would be no dealer add-ons. Was also told by Drae it came CPO certified but they took that away when we insisted on the advertised price.
