****BUYER BE WARE**** These place sold my 17 yr old daughter a defective car. The car spoted running while she was driving down a busy road after only 5 days. I took the car to my mechanic to and he informed me that the hood could not be opened. I took the car back to the dealership which I paid $3500 for warranty covering the engine. had to take our Colorado in for service, they said it would take them 5 days to even look at it! So we were going to take the truck and bring it back in 5 days and they said we would then go to the bottom of the list. They say they have no loaner cars and didn't work with any rental car agencies for loaners. They could have cared less leaving us with out a vehicle. Zero customer service.
Bought a brand new White Corvette from Stonebriar Chevrolet on May 24th. Spencer was the salesperson, TJ was my finance guy and David Brown is the sales manager. The car was delivered to my house May 27th (on my dime). Car has a scratch on the driver side mirror cap which luckily i had pictures before the delivery to prove that the scratch was there prior to delivery. Spencer sends me a new mirror cap a week later. Stonebriar Chevrolet does not stand behind their products. In May of 2023 I purchased the most expensive vehicle that this dealership has to offer. After delivery the vehicle started having an engine problem that the dealer acknowledges is a problem does not know how to fix. The dealer also acknowledged that that they did see symptoms of the problem in the pre-delivery inspection but yet did not inform me that the car could have a problem before they took my money. I bought 2 cars from this dealership. Sales service was fine but the service department was disappointing. I bought a certified pre owned Traverse about 8 months ago. As soon as I drove off the lot I started having problems with it. Luckily, I had a 10k mile warranty that covered most of the problems. A few days ago my check engine light came on so I called right away and booked an appointment. Sold me a pre-owned 2019 equinox. Battery went dead in less than a year and they told me "not sure what to tell ya." Insane. Will not come back.
My Tahoe received hail damage while sitting in their parking lot waiting to be seen by the transmission department. When they called me to tell me that my car needed a new transmission and that it would cost $6,000 they failed to mention the hail damage that my car had received in their parking lot. I will not be buying my next car from Stonebriar Chevrolet. Of all the dealerships I have purchased a car from, Stonebriar is the worst. The Salesperson made promises that he didn't keep, and management didn't care. They had the used car that I purchased for 8 days before we signed the paperwork and it still had not been cleaned since the previous owner traded it in. So the dealership reached out on yelp to I guess make it look like they cared, but still don't want to do the right thing. Who in the right mind would think it is good business to break a customers property and tell them sorry we won't be doing anything about it. I will not go away, already contacted Cheverolet and next stop will be GM.
