I went to Stonebriar Chevrolet looking for a Chevy Bolt EUV. They had a base LT version available for test driving, so I decided to go take a look. They mentioned that they required a "paint protect" add-on to the MSRP of the car that was an additional $300. This was not listed on the vehicle's window sticker. Two additional people showed up to view the vehicle when I was test driving it. I've been more than patient over the years. I've had three Chevy vehicles and this dealership sucks and has sucked for the last 15 years. I've had it I'm tired of it. I'm probably not gonna choose a Chevy next time. The last 15 years this dealership comes up with new excuses every time to not wash the vehicle. Horrible customer service and dealership doesn't stand behind their preowned vehicles. Purchased a vehicle in December 2022 and within a week of purchase the vehicle required $2700+ in repairs. They didn't offer a rental car or any assistance. It took 2 weeks to repair vehicle. When plates and tag finally came in for vehicle no one offered to install them. Used car manager was rude and unhelpful.

AVOID These people at all costs (Used car sale) Bought an XT5 2020 Cadillac from these folks. BEWARE of their "Dealer Added Accessories" (DAA) and recon B.S. Asking pointed questions on what and how this DAA crap would be implemented, Jason (PreOwned Manager), his hot-headed boss (Alex Khamlich, who threatened to pull the whole deal away even after I had just paid the car in cash!) and Adi Ali (PreOwned Sales) had no clue how to explain to me on what it entails. Deceptive, fraudulent, misrepresentation, false claims, buyers beware, watch out for the service department as well. They will damage your vehicle and not take accountability. They like to respond to reviews but then when you provide details on what they did wrong they stop engaging with you. Go to another Chevrolet dealership in the area

This dealership made an offer to buy back my C8 Corvette on January 30, 2023. They gave me 1 day to decide before the price offer was rescinded. I called on January 31, 2023 and spoke with the manager, Jason Quinn, letting him know I would bring the car within the next hour. Due to the ice storm, he said no one was there in accounting to provide me a check for the car. As such, I could bring it in the next day and they would honor the price. I had a deal set for a Tahoe and was schedule to go and finalize the deal. I signed the bid sheet and was schedule to go back in because the car wasn't ready till later in the day. They TEXTED me and told me that someone came in and they sold the car. Horrible people to deal with. They showed what is wrong with buying cars from this dealership. Bought a new/preowned vehicle with 11 miles on the odometer. my sales guy was ok and was easy to work with. unfortunately once the paperwork was handed over things went poorly. original paperwork was submitted with the wrong VIN number, so needed to meet up and re-sign paperwork a few days later. I've not bought a vehicle there, but their parts department is horrible. I needed a part for my Chevy equinox and they would not order it until I come down and pay for it first they are the only Chevy dealer in the area that did this to many other dealerships to put up with that
