Pretty upsetting experience. My 2020 Chevrolet Silverado died on the side of the road so I had it towed to Stonebriar Chevrolet. They said something needed to be repaired that cost about $1,500. Seemed like a lot for a fairly new car, but not a big deal to get back out on the road. A month later, same exact problem. Expected to get the car fixed for free and they quoted $2,500. To fix what they had "fixed"? Anyway, having it towed elsewhere and no longer shopping at Stonebriar Chevrolet.

Since May of 2022, I have had nothing but bad experiences with Stonebriar Chevrolet. I initially brought my car in for a specific issue and then proceeded to get it diagnosed. Once diagnosed and "fixed", I ended up back at Stonebriar Chevrolet for the same issue about 4 weeks later, June 2022. For multiple days, I was told that there were new diagnosis codes, a different one on each day. When notified that my vehicle was ready for pickup on multiple occasions, the issues still remained . I purchased a 2022 Silverado recently from Stonebriar. I set an appointment to get the first oil change and tire rotation for free per agreement via GM etc. I had 2 people from the dealership call me the morning of the appointment and do everything they could to get me to cancel, and reschedule for a time more convenient for them. I decided to cancel and go elsewhere and the lady I spoke with could not of cared less, just complete arrogance and zero customer service. To think I was about to purchase a truck from these Jerks. Took my car in for an Oil change. Waited 2.5 hours in the waiting room (which is fine if the time if they are really working on the car) But I realized that while I'm waiting, 2 guys are out to lunch or on a joy ride using my car. The technician checked out the car 35,073 miles, but I got it back with 35,086. I realized when I was about a mile down the road this happened. The worst customer service, quality and professionalism I ever saw in a dealership service department!!! They will try to up sell you and then not follow what it says on the brochure. They will not take responsibility on their work. Stay away!

Unreliable! They have tore my truck up through the service department. My pickup I bought here brand new only has 15k mi currently. Have had my truck at their shop at least 8 weeks over the last couple months with no loaner or reasonability to compensate for a loaner. All for a front bumper, tire rotation, state inspection (they unhooked my battery which didn't need to happen) so had to go back again after driving 100 miles. Very poor service. I knew exactly what was wrong with my 2018 Chevy Silverado. Thought my extended warranty would cover it, but there was a 1000.00 charge for me and the warranty would not cover but 400 of the 1400.00 they wanted to charge just to change out the water pump that went bad. Water pump was only 80 dollars. I told them beforehand it was the water pump. They still charged me 189.00 just to tell me the water pump was bad and the warranty company would not pay in full. Service Department customer service is worst. Took vehicle in and was told $700 just to tell me how much to fix vehicle, then was told My people need to be paid to fix Your problems. Took vehicle down the street and got all my problems fixed for $3500 but with great customer service.

Customer Service Training needs to be added to there monthly agenda ! My experience is was horrible and this Chevy dealership! I'm GMC owner so I would never buy a Chevy especially if I had to deal with them on a regular basis. I walked in to purchase a part from the parts department. I had my mask on because it's still Covid going around in this world. The older guy said he couldn't hear me because I had that thing on my face !
