Went in to buy a car, was treated so poorly in the middle of us signing paperwork he drops everything to handle someone else who wanted a nicer car. After spending my whole day in there to not leave with the car I was told it would be ready by 11 am the next morning. When I got their I was told it wasn't started on yet and would be around 5 pm. Update : As reflected here the dealership responds saying they take feedback seriously and I should reach out to their listed contact. I called twice and never received a call back from this person, messages through yelp and also no response. This place needs to stop portraying they care about customer feedback because they clearly don't and good customer service takes more than fake responses on public platforms. Salesman Adi Ali gets an A+, the dealership gets a F I purchased a 2017 Porsche Panamera from California. My previous car was a new Audi A5 from an Audi dealership with first class sales and service. Stonebriar Chevrolet did not live up to that but my sales person Adi Ali was top notch. Adi was very responsive to all my questions and took a friend living in Dallas on a test drive while video calling me. I highly recommend Adi. The worst dealership! Terrible customer service, I've been fighting with them since June about a 2022 Chevy Blazer I bought in February... they just want money! Take it somewhere else, buy the car anywhere else.
My brand new truck had rock chips on one side only. After the down payment, it took weeks to get the truck. Was told it was on a train somewhere. Only noticed when I had it home and washed it and dried in sunlight. After debating with them, they agreed to fix the two windows on passenger side but would not reply to my question on painting the passenger side doors and other places. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HEAR. This was the worst customer service I've ever had in my life. Brought my Chevy Suburban in to fix an oil leak. Paid $2K to supposedly fix the leak. I brought the vehicle in 4 times in a matter of months because oil was still leaking. I was told it would be another $1700 to fix and the warranty wasn't covered because it was a different "part". Drove into the service bay at 3:30. Only one other car ahead of me. I needed my tire repaired as it was leaking air from a nail puncture. The service tech told me to come back tomorrow bc, although their service department closes at 7, the mechanics leave around 4. It was 3:30, tire repair, and my tire was down to 17 psi after airing it up to 36 that morning. He also mentioned leaving it there, because I also had to have the CV joint looked at. I never actually went to the dealership, I talked to one of the sales agents about a car I wanted. Instead he tried to sell me on a used car that was in no way something I was interested in so I said no thank you. He kept sending me pictures of it and told me more features it had. I told him again I was uninterested and blocked him. He then decided to email me about the same car. I wish that I could give this a negative star review. I have stayed away from the Stonebriar Chevrolet service department for 3 years after my last terrible experience where I waited 3 hours for an oil change after having the 1st appointment of the day at 7:00 AM. I was given a ridiculous excuse of "computer problems" by my service advisor, Maria Cardona, even though I watched many, many people arrive over and hour after me and leave before me.
