It's been a long time since I needed storage. I am impressed with this place as far as the setup via app. I feel confident about the security of this place. It is new so it is very clean. We are very happy and impressed with how Chris walked us through the process. Highly recommend this place for your next storage.
I have been using this place since 2022 (shortly after it opened) and I have been quite pleased with the service. We moved out just this past week only because we were able to find a house big enough to keep all belongings. Thank you Storelocal for keeping our items safe for the past 4 years.

Secure and well maintained storage facility. reasonably priced and the best customer service!
Great service! I accidentally left my unit unlocked. Someone called me after they noticed and I was able to go down and secure it right away. Hours of access are great, until 10pm!!

Dropped in without an appointment and there was a sign on the door that staff was out to lunch. The woman opened the door and let us wait inside where the AC was and helped us anyway! Very impressive. Felt a warm welcome. Was shown different locations based on our needs. Glad this new build is finally open and wish it much success.
Pam was a great host! She showed me the difference between the sizes of the units as I was ready to downsize. She made the process so easy, great instructions on moving into a different unit and handled the transaction with ease. Definitely an effortless experience minus actual moving part.
Storelocal Comcord is by far the nicest facility I've ever rented storage space in. The technology is top notch. I can easily access my unit without issues. I can also easily give access to my employees if they need to get something from the storage unit. What's more the staff onsite is friendly and efficient. Some facilities don't even have staff anymore. When I have a problem, it is solved quickly. I recommend Storelocal Concord to anyone who needs the most modern and secure storage in the Bay Area.
What a great location! Brandon and the staff were super helpful showing us the units. It is all clean and new. This was an easy decision to move my business storage to this beautiful facility.

Bright, clean new storage units - I was so happy to put my things in a clean new place that was just built. The halls were super bright which helped me feel really comfortable moving my things in. New restroom - everything is new! I can get in the gate and into my space using my phone, which I really like. The staff in the office were really nice and helpful. I couldn't resist renting with the promotion.
