I never write reviews but I have to give this place 5 stars for the outstanding customer service. I had the unexpected need to sell my house and put ALL my things in storage and Michelle worked with me to find the right storage unit, helped out with a great move-in special, and just really made me feel like she cared about taking good care of me as a customer. I'm not usually in the market for storage but my family recently moved and here we are. Talk about feeling stressful, walking in just two weeks before Christmas and needing to store an entire home. Michelle with one "L", Micah, and all the other associates at this location are extremely helpful! I had a crazy situation with my storage situation and they were able to accommodate me every step of the way! Grade A customer service with a quality product! To seal the deal their complementary candy selection is second to none! Solid candy selection!
This was the best experience I have ever had with a storage. The staff are friendly, resourceful and respectful. They explained my process from start to finish. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone I know who needs a storage.

I went to Self Storage of Vacaville because of the location. Every member of the staff was polite and helpful from the second we stepped in the door. We will have been there 4 months by the time we move out and every time we have been there, it's clean (even during construction). I never had any issues with bugs in the unit or rodents. I hate moving, but the employees here made he experience fun & my kids love going into the office for candy.
Best customer service I've had in a long time! I was super nervous about getting a storage unit. Will my stuff be safe?? Will it get ruined?? What about mice?? The ladies in the front made me feel like I had friends helping me get set up. They explained everything, from how they check all of the locks twice a day, to how they're preventing mice!
