Stopped by this facility yesterday afternoon, I was highly impressed by Megan, her customer service, excellent, no pressure or sales tactics. Today I decided to open a business account with this storage facility, Jennie the assistant manager was very accommodating, her customer service on point and by the way, I ran into one the owners "Ryan" very nice and accommodating. I just got a storage unit here after checking out another place down the road that was very rude. The lady here was amazing! She was very pleasant to talk with and treated me with respect. She answered all my questions and gave me a tour. The place was very clean and had a lot of room for trucks to maneuver. Their setup is great as it's a large u-shape, no weird corners to dodge. I came on may 4th because I really needed storage out in this area, public storage was really no help. We decided to rent a spot here, best decision ever! The customer service was impeccable, we were helped by Christina, she went above and beyond. We're so grateful she helped us. I would recommend this place and to go to Christina any day, to anybody. She even stayed after hours to help us out. No words could describe how thankful we are. Thank you Christina! You deserve a raise. :)
Oakley storage was extremely professional and helpful. It was amazing to work with Christy, she understood exactly what the needs were for Oakley Rotary, and was able to meet our needs!
I can't say enough about the team at both Oakley and Brentwood self storage, I am sorry if I'm pronouncing your name incorrectly Emri, Kim and Christie are fantastic employees and individuals you cannot ask for a better response, care and attention. These people literally help people in need and as customers. To the owners who hired them you make a good judge of characters, I have not found myself in the right track if it wasn't for great customer service. This storage facility is brand new so everything is clean. The manager at the front is very nice and friendly. The pricing here was probably the best compared to a lot of other places I have looked at. The only thing is it's not controlled temperature which was not a big deal to me. Would recommend!
Staff are all awesome! This is the cleanest, most secure storage I have ever used or toured. They helped and accommodated my needs as I purged and downsized. If you need to store...this is your place! Would highly recommend!!!
