I came on may 4th because I really needed storage out in this area, public storage was really no help. We decided to rent a spot here, best decision ever! The customer service was impeccable, we were helped by Christina, she went above and beyond. We're so grateful she helped us. I would recommend this place and to go to Christina any day, to anybody. She even stayed after hours to help us out. No words could describe how thankful we are. Thank you Christina! You deserve a raise. :)
Oakley storage was extremely professional and helpful. It was amazing to work with Christy, she understood exactly what the needs were for Oakley Rotary, and was able to meet our needs!
I can't say enough about the team at both Oakley and Brentwood self storage, I am sorry if I'm pronouncing your name incorrectly Emri, Kim and Christie are fantastic employees and individuals you cannot ask for a better response, care and attention. These people literally help people in need and as customers. To the owners who hired them you make a good judge of characters, I have not found myself in the right track if it wasn't for great customer service. This storage facility is brand new so everything is clean. The manager at the front is very nice and friendly. The pricing here was probably the best compared to a lot of other places I have looked at. The only thing is it's not controlled temperature which was not a big deal to me. Would recommend!
Staff are all awesome! This is the cleanest, most secure storage I have ever used or toured. They helped and accommodated my needs as I purged and downsized. If you need to store...this is your place! Would highly recommend!!!

Oakley Self Storage has been a great place for us to store all our household goods. When we downsized to our trailer, we knew we weren't going to be living in it forever and we're going to most likely move into a house later. This place was brand new and offered great deals. They even have a military discount for all the military out there! We got a 10 x 30 because we knew we'd end up putting more in as we moved into our trailer. Had to get storage in between moving and decided to check out OSS after looking at it online. GLAD WE DID! We have used many self storage places over the years and this is one is by far the best! Security system and procedures are far superior. Entire grounds inside and out are immaculate.
