Oakley Self Storage has been a great place for us to store all our household goods. When we downsized to our trailer, we knew we weren't going to be living in it forever and we're going to most likely move into a house later. This place was brand new and offered great deals. They even have a military discount for all the military out there! We got a 10 x 30 because we knew we'd end up putting more in as we moved into our trailer. Had to get storage in between moving and decided to check out OSS after looking at it online. GLAD WE DID! We have used many self storage places over the years and this is one is by far the best! Security system and procedures are far superior. Entire grounds inside and out are immaculate. Upon first walking into building we were greeted by Alexis who was extremely friendly, helpful, and made the process a breeze! So glad we started using OSS! I moved my belongings into this facility a year ago next month. When I went the elevator was not working and I couldn't climb stairs. They put my belongings in a huge storage unit on the first floor at a huge discount because of the elevator. They honored the discount for the entire year! The place is immaculate and I never worried about my possessions. I am moving out in a few weeks because I've finally found a home. This is a wonderful company!

Yesterday, I visited this self storage co. The people who work there were extremely friendly. Kim Redgway, the Manager was very kind and it was not sells- person, but truly ready to help , in a Natural way. I Would visit this storage facility , for sure.
They are wonderful and Kim the manager was so accommodating. She gave us option that we didn't know we had. Helped us pick the best vehicle and moving supplies that best fit our needs. She even carried it out for us.
The customer service at Oakley Self Storage is fantastic and the facility is clean and easy to utilize! I recommend them!

This storage is the second to none. The top of the line. The greatest ever. You will not find any storage place better and believe me I have tried. No luck but then came, Oakley Self Storage who's motto's is family and community. The staff, the manager is the best. If you want red carpet treatment, come here. The movers are very helpful right now due to the elevators being down for the past 1+months!!!!! Kevin with corporate is absolutely wonderful and took more than wonderful care of all the concerns and issues I have had here. I can only hope that my experience here gets much better from here! I can definitely tell that corporate does care about their customers and customer service so I do plan on staying!
This was my first experience using a storage unit. The staff here went above and beyond. Not only were they super friendly to my daughter when she was helping me, they also threw in some additional things like a lock at no cost.
