Took my Infiniti Q50 in to have the A/C system inspected. Turns out I needed a new A/C compressor since she's already 10 years old now. Rebecca, the wonderful service advisor, took care of me right away. She was professional, prompt, and straightforward with all the immediate repairs my Q50 needed. I've been going to this spot for years, way before it got bought out by Stress-free so I was nervous that the only mechanics I trusted were switching to a new company. Relieved when Rebecca was still at the helm, still great service and reliability, just now with a few updates like getting texts and photos of what was getting worked on. I trust Rebecca, she's always looking out for me and she's the reason I feel stress free when taking my car in. If you've been burned by the mechanics before, give them a try!

After I posted my original review, the business owner reached out directly and made a real effort to make things right. They had me bring the car back for a more thorough inspection, sent over the brake photos and documentation I had requested, and replaced the front brake pads and rotors at no charge. They also provided a few additional goodwill services during the follow-up visit. This location has professional and friendly staff, and a small waiting area complete with a screen showing service updates, snacks, coffee and a heater. I also appreciate that they pull your car out for you on Geary since it's such a busy street! The only thing that was odd was that there were several appointment times available so I chose 12pm and selected to wait at the shop.
