Really smooth and easy process. I called the day before to get my appointment for the next day. I dropped my car off and within a few hours my car was ready to go and they sent me over a detailed report about what they found. I spent a lot less than I expected to. Will definitely be coming back for all my vehicles needs.

Had a great experience with Stress-Free Auto for a recent service and oil change. The team was efficient, communicative, and got everything done quickly without cutting corners. Rebecca at the front desk was especially helpful--friendly, knowledgeable, and very on top of communication throughout the process. She also gave me a solid recommendation for a local autobody shop to address an issue with my bumper, which I appreciated. Overall, really smooth experience. Would definitely come back.

Came in to get a wheel alignment done after getting new tires a few weeks back. Walked in after the place across the road's machine was busted - so glad it was! They were able to service the car that day, gave me a free Lyft to work and after they determined no adjustment was needed they didn't even charge me! Incredible honesty and friendly service, will be coming back next time.

Great service! First time going to a mechanic and loved my experience. They were constantly communicating via text/calls and were super fast to respond. I appreciated Rebecca's transparency and how she "translated" for me. Happy to have found a mechanic for future needs and referrals.

My Tesla was making a squeaky noise so I took it to big ol tires. They spent a couple of hours on it and decided not to fix it. I took it to stress free auto and they booked an apt to inspect it the following day. They checked it for $150 and concluded it was the suspension arm. I got them to check my tires and brakes. Great staff, great experience! Highly recommend. I brought my Honda Civic in to replace the splash shield and fender lining and they made sure that I got the best prices and didn't jerk me around on any additionals. Super solid garage with super solid professionals.

Been coming here 10+ years when it was Jim's shop. Under new ownership the pricing remains transparent and the work remains high quality. Would hope I don't have to come back but am relieved when I eventually do I won't have to consider anywhere else to take my car!

Brought in my mini cooper for a few different issues. Kind folks who offered in-depth explanations for things and didn't try to talk me into more than I needed/could afford. Had space for me same-day. It was an expensive repair, but I really believe it was a fair price.
