Brought in my mini cooper for a few different issues. Kind folks who offered in-depth explanations for things and didn't try to talk me into more than I needed/could afford. Had space for me same-day. It was an expensive repair, but I really believe it was a fair price.
Stress-Free is now my go to place. I asked one location for pricing and they were able to help me even though I didn't have an appointment at their location. Amazing service.

Easy to get an appointment. Courteous and welcoming upon arrival. Very clear in expectations. Kept me posted via text and telephone of progress, diagnosis, and recommendations. Asked when I wanted the car done, and got it done on time. Bet service I have had in 20 years in San Francisco.
