This was my first time, it won't be my last. I came in for a routine oil change. I was able to make the appointment online, I was kept up to date via text about the process and it all moved pretty quickly. I really appreciate the videos taken to talk through the car health and what was needed to be fixed. I look forward to heading back and working the guys again. I felt really supported and taken care of.

I am a disabled veteran from Philadelphia pa. I came to Fremont California to work at the Palo alto va hospital. Well my car 2017 Lincoln MKZ needed work done on the lower control arm and my hood latch was broken I couldn't open my hood. It was my first time at Stress Free Fremont for an oil change. Great experience. Erick the service advisor was very helpful through the whole process, especially with going over my vehicle inspection report after the oil change was completed. Will come back.

Went there to change brake pads for my VW atlas .. nice efficient work done with discount code ... I really like the way they handled my requests of doing it quicker by making it priority ... good guys with honest intention to really make the customer stress free !!!
