Honestly I was impressed with the service and the transparency of their quotations. They don't charge you for unnecessary repairs. They also have a very convenient after hours pickup in case I was unable to pickup during office hours. 100% recommend!

Lured into the shop by the online quote on their website of a few dozen dollars for an air conditioning issue. When I got to the shop I was told that I had to pay 185 bucks to do a diagnostic. What's worst is their diagnostic is wrong and is different from what service center found out. What a waste of money.

Made an online appointment for a brake fluid exchange. The price listed online for the service was significantly lower than other shops. When I arrived to check in for the service I was quoted a price significantly higher than other shops in the area. Naturally, I balked at the quote and referred the service attendant, Greg, to the stated price on the website. I went to multiple places asking about a weird part that had fallen off the bottom of my car. These were the first shop to thoroughly explain to me why I didn't actually need to make the repair and they didn't charge me just to look at the car either. Fantastic customer service!
