I went to get my car checked and was happy to find out that my car didn't need any serious changes. I 'm satisfied with the service. I was going to pay cash but was surprised that they didn't like people accepting cash because probably the change issue. I was disappointed they didn't give me a car courtesy ride. I understand though because it was close to closing time when I had to pickup my car after the car service. I come here to because they are closed on Sundays. We normally don't accept cash because we don't have change, and encourage digital purchasing as it makes things easy and streamline. This place is awesome! I was easily able to make an appointment online and when I arrived, I was helped immediately. The young man who helped me, Michael, is so awesome! He has outstanding customer service!!! Their front lobby is very nice, clean and comfortable. They kept me notified throughout the whole process for my oil change. Such a great experience (which doesn't typically happen with mechanics). I was able to get real time updates on my car, track its progress, even watch it on a camera. Everyone was super nice and helpful and even offered me a loaner car since the part took a while to arrive delaying the work. I would definitely come back and recommend them highly!

I went to stress free to get my car's alignment checked. They did a thorough inspection of my car and let me know that my car did not need an alignment. This saved me a lot of money. I really appreciate their honesty and plan to go here for all my future services going forward .

Messaged a bunch of repair shops to get my seatbelts replaced. After communicating with Paul, felt at ease to finally order the parts and set an appointment for the repair. Best prices for parts and labor, but that's not what got me. What sold me was the customer service from Paul and his team. I was just there to drive my partner home, when a longstanding issue with one of my car doors suddenly deteriorated rapidly into a serious safety issue! Stress-Free Auto Care had availability that day and was happy to help. The necessary part to fix the door permanently had to be ordered, but their mechanics were able to restore the previous function of the door while I waited, so that I didn't have to worry about my car being broken into or the door opening while I was driving in the intervening time.
