Made an online appointment for a brake fluid exchange. The price listed online for the service was significantly lower than other shops. When I arrived to check in for the service I was quoted a price significantly higher than other shops in the area. Naturally, I balked at the quote and referred the service attendant, Greg, to the stated price on the website. I went to multiple places asking about a weird part that had fallen off the bottom of my car. These were the first shop to thoroughly explain to me why I didn't actually need to make the repair and they didn't charge me just to look at the car either. Fantastic customer service!

Highly recommended !! Gregory is very professional and kept me apprised of the issues with my audi and fixed it in a timely manner. Gregory was very patient and understood my concerns and addressed them. They didn't over quote or over charge me and told me keep an eye of few issues which might need addressing in future. 10/10 for customer service and satisfaction !!!

Steve has worked on my 1972 Nova for many years. His knowledge, along with his professionalism, easy going personality, and thoughtfulness is why I continue coming back. The shop has got a new light and spacious facelift. Friendly staff.

We have been taking our cars to Bob's auto repair for years. We were concerned when Bob retired and was taking over by Stress Free. The great service continues to be amazing. Stress Free has upgraded the technology side of the business. We receive text messages with updates and they even have cameras to you can see them working on your car! This is on a Honda CRV older model. Shocks were replaced and all went well. The time frame provided for the repair was acceptable but the main thing is the customer oriented service provided by the staff and the quality of work. I have had many repairs done and they back up their work and pricing is equitable. I recommend this garage for your auto repairs. Also, if they can't do it, they will refer you to someone who can and not waste your time, effort and finances.
