Work is done very fast and well. However they have very limited loaner cars and doesn't provide ride service so it's a little inconvenient.

I went for an oil change and they took good care of my car. Not only they serviced my car but also did detailed inspection and generated reports with no obligation for further work. Excellent customer service and great workmanship.

No communication!! They replaced my entire left side knuckle, (which either was damaged during or before the lower ball joint replacement) why wasn't this noted on my recipe when I paid? WHY DIDN'T I KNOW ABOUT IT!!!! WTF!! All I have to say is no communication and extremely unprofessional.

I have been a customer of Bob's Auto since 1999 and the transition to Stress-Free Auto Care has been seamless. Steve has always been an excellent mechanic with Bob's Auto and since he continued on with Stress-Free, so have I. The front desk is manned by Greg and Paul, and they are very friendly and professional.

The customer service at this shop is nothing short of amazing. Honestly I don't see myself going any place else. The team is helpful and willing to explain to you what needs to be done as well as prioritizes what is urgent and what can wait for future service. Took my car here for an alignment and Paul took care of me. He had the Tech do an inspection first before doing the job. Place is clean and friendly staff.

Stress Free Auto Care recently opened a shop near me in Fremont and I couldn't be happier with the service. I had been a long-time customer of the previous shop owner at this location and Steve, the mechanic, had always done excellent work and taken care of any repairs necessary. I'm so glad and relieved that Steve has remained with Stress Free. He recently did a major repair on my air conditioner. Paul, at the front desk is always courteous and couldn't be more helpful. I think their name "Stress Free" suits them well.
