Terrible owner/manager, I brought a tire from them and it was no good and he would not refund my money or give me store credit. I wouldn't recommend this shop to no one.

I brought in the tires for these guys to take off old tires and install new tires on the wheels on my Tesla. They scratched all 3 of my black Induction wheels while installing the tires. I'm driving very careful everyday and try not to scratch my Tesla Induction black wheels. But these guys scratched all 3 wheels. What a pain! If you have black wheels that need special care. I wouldn't recommend this auto shop.

This was now my third experience at this location. Each time has been so smooth. Scheduling was super easy, they are really kind and happy to explain exactly what they've done. The inspection reports are super helpful and great for my records.

I just had my oil changed @ Stress-Free Auto Care in San Mateo. I believe it was the business manager who I spoke with. He was so helpful and friendly and created a pleasant experience. Although they found several things on my car that need attention, I did not feel pressured to let them fix them. It was so helpful to find out I needed new tires as I am planning a lot of driving in the near future. I love that I can go to the website and get a general quote for various services. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. There is nothing "stress free" about them. Their customer service is awful and completely unhelpful, not to mention that their "practices" leave you feeling scammed. We brought our vehicle here after experiencing a couple of issues which they diagnosed. Our AC had stopped working. They kept the vehicle for several days and "fixed" it, however it never fully returned to 100% functional. Great experience with the Stress Free team in San Mateo! Sanjeev was awesome and helped me prioritize the urgent repairs we got done during this visit and helped me plan the repairs to be performed during my next service.
