I was told to come in for a diagnostic, and then they would be able to provide a quote. This was through Yelp's messaging system. This gave the impression that the diagnostic was free; however, they failed to mention that it was not. I believe this was an issue in another review as well. Michael and Zain were both polite and helpful, but I feel misled and wasted time driving to the store in rush hour traffic. Rip off, avoid. They lie in their "free" diagnostic report to push things you do not need. Tried to upsell all kinds of things and didn't even properly finish the one thing we asked them to do. And now SPAM! They spam my cell phone constantly with texts about $5 off coupons and worthless junk I don't care about. Both myself and my wife are getting endless spam. Including spamming repeatedly asking for a review.....well here it is, so stop spamming. Its not just them spamming though, I now get spam calls 3 times a day... read more

I went in for maintaince and received excellent service , quality of parts was great , friendly staff and for the work I had done the price was great . I will returning for next maintaince and oil Change , I highly recommend stress -Free Auto Care .

I recently had my car towed to Stress-Free Auto. Last week I experienced a loud noise in the engine area, my "Battery Indicator" came on as I exited on to the Peninsula Ave turn off from HWY 101 (South Bound). The service was fast and convenient! I took my car here for a rim replacement, they took care of it pretty quickly and had everything ready to go in less than an hour

Very transparent non-pushy service. My car is very old and developed many areas that need to be addressed at some point, Stress Free provided free multi point inspection, documented each area of concern, and what was super helpful - with photos, provided a line by line quote, and let me decide what and when I want to fix. The oil service I brought the car for was very expedient and reasonably priced. I Highly recommend this shop.
