Although this place is convenient and is stress free to take my cars, this time around it wasn't as informative or proactive on customer service. Unfortunately, they charged me twice for a diagnostic check for 2 different concerns. I understand but I didn't think it a reasonable way to service. My other go to repair shop would have done a 1 charge or not even charge. They were super nice, just couldn't help w/ the transmission work we needed. :( I would've definitely used them because they seemed so helpful.

The staffs are nice and knowledgeable. They will let you know if they had shot technicians on the day of your appointment and re-schedule immediately for you.

Had a very positive experience with Stress-Free today. I used a coupon for an oil change and feel I got a lot of value for the money spent. In addition to the oil change, they did a pretty thorough evaluation of the car, even providing information about the condition of things like brake pads and alerting me to some minor issues that need attention. I came here a while back to do an oil change. They found a bunch of other stuff they wanted to upsell on, and I agreed to do it (I hadn't taken it in for maintenance for two years). The service was fine, I appreciated the photos of the work being done. However, I noticed they didn't have a photo of the brake fluid change as I was going over the final bill, and asked about it.
