The team really does a great job at ensuring all questions/concerns esp around the need for certain type of service is addressed. Communications i.e. regular updates, including sending a visual inspection report, gives you a very good understanding of how your car's repairs are progressing. Been going there for 7 years now, and really recommend it for your BMW.
They are trustworthy and give you honest feedback on your car.
