Took my Highlander for the first time for brake replacement. Good service, quality work. Only issue, I believe their prices are 10% too high. They need to lower their prices a bit. I have never had an issue with them servicing my BMW except for the pricing.

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and brake flush service I requested and was surprised to receive a thorough technical inspection of my vehicle that not only explained other concerns that may need to be addressed at my convenience, but had detailed pictures of the concerns as well. I've taken my car here a few times over the last year and it is now my go-to for maintenance and any concerns with my mini. I especially appreciate that they send pictures real time of their inspection. Granted, I have no idea what most of the parts are supposed to look like, but it makes me feel as though they are being very transparent.
