Extremely easy to make appointments online, easy drop off as well. Came for an oil change and tire rotation deal for $79.99. Stress-free. Took off one star because I was told my oil change and tire rotation would take 1-1.5 hour, but it turned out to be 2.5 hour with only an oil change. They did not rotate my tires because my back wheels were already the good wheels. David at the front desk provided exceptional service and was very knowledgeable 5/5! The service was fantastic and quick for my vehicle's brake fluid replacement. Only a select few shops in the area does for BMWs. What I also like is the live updates that the techs send out during servicing along with the free multi point check/diagnostics

Experience was great. My rep was very concise and helpful with my inspection and shared all issues with me. They even had pictures of the problems found. Since my car was banged up pretty bad from cross country trips, they listed out what was immediately in need and helped me prioritize how to fix them. Definitely will be coming back to that location every time!

I've been coming here for 20 plus years. The service is exemplary. The customer service staff is efficient and very user friendly. Both the lobby and the garage are clean, (ladies, that includes the restroom!), and there's a coffee station.

Went in for oil change. They found a cracked sway bar. Part ordered and installed the following business day. Prompt and courteous service at reasonable prices. Also provided a Lyft ride with $15 discount!!
