Coordinated an appointment for 11am, showed up 10 minutes early, for a model x, with n2itive rear control/toe arms, which they said they can do. They neither were able to fit me in nor could they guarantee they could do an alignment to spec. First time trying a "Stress free auto care" and will be my last. Try to avoid this unless you like to have "stress" for a fee. Response to Wes' comment below that the shop replied that they couldn't fit me in before I arrived. The yelp message they sent me at 9am said they could accomm... read more
Took my 2016 Honda Civic for an A/C that wasn't working and was initially quoted for $99 A/C special over the phone after I told them the make, year and model of my car. When I went to the shop they quoted me ~$530 for A/C recharge (with a 15% off repair Costco auto coupon), saying that the special does not cover my car's type of A/C. If they found any other issues that need fixing it wasn't included and they would let know how much it would cost. Not knowing what it A/C recharges cost at other places, I went along and gave ... read more
THEY WILL UP-SELL YOU EXPENSIVE WORK at exorbitant prices and mislead you about work needed. I took my Q5 in for an oil change and paid $65 to have the brakes inspected because they were making a bit of noise in the mornings. They said the min pad spacing is 3mm and so pads and rotors need replacing. They also took a picture of "leaking rear shocks" and said they need replacing. They quoted me THOUSANDS so I ended up doing this work myself (I work on vintage cars and am pretty decent with a wrench). The rear shocks costed ... read more
I had an appointment at 11:30 AM but things did not go stress-free way! I went there at 11:30 AM and they told me I have to pay $250/2 = $125 - it seems their back office and actual repair store has different understanding in terms of charge and scheduled appointment. Then I showed my appointment conversation and they said they would honor the $99 charge - but they would take a look in my car around 1:30 PM (after lunch) even though I had an appointment at 11:30 AM - so, I dropped the car there and came home by myself, an... read more

I took my 4 wheels and tires for mounting and balancing and selected to wait at the shop for them to be done. Turns out they couldn't do it till the next day. When I went the next day to pick up the wheels, they stacked a stool on top of the wheels, which luckily didn't noticeably scuff them up. It also appeared that they put a few nicks and scratches on the edge of the wheels while mounting. The guy at the counter helping me was nice though. He also commented that the techs should have been more careful with my wheels.
Some squirrels chewed the engine cable of my Toyota Tundra and gave it misfiring. Stressfree took my truck in the long weekend while other shops all closed. They did a thorough inspection of the vehicle and all the recommended fixes made total sense to me. I have been driving the truck for a week after the repair work. It works very good.
Great service, frequent updates. Open 7 days a week so it's easy to make appointments and pick up car
I popped in the Mtn View office on Sunday and they were able to order and change out my brake light lamp on my 2012 Fiat 500 Sport. If you have a Fiat they know how to fix them. Nobody else will even look at my car. Thank you guys so much for your service.
