I popped in the Mtn View office on Sunday and they were able to order and change out my brake light lamp on my 2012 Fiat 500 Sport. If you have a Fiat they know how to fix them. Nobody else will even look at my car. Thank you guys so much for your service.

This is a great place. They have been servicing my Audi for the past 3 years, and have been consistently clear about what is happening with the car and why, have often provided repair options for me to choose from, while letting me know what they recommend, and treat their customers like friends and family. They take photos of the jobs while they're working so that customers can see what is going on, and they keep customers updated by text as the car passes through each stage of evaluation and repair. From start to finish I was happy with the care from the team. I started with a quote on yelp and moved to booking an appointment with the team. I had initially booked my appt at a further location, but with a quick call I was able to change it to the MV location. David was very helpful along with the rest of the staff. Paul was very nice and attentive to the customer before me and to me. I wanted to add a service to what I had made my appointment for. He checked to see if the part was available and see time it would take. Unfortunately, I didn't have enough time. I walked down street. By the time I got to the end of the street I received a message that the technician had already started on my car. My car was completed before the time that was allotted. I is running smoothly and feels good!
