I've taken my car here a few times over the last year and it is now my go-to for maintenance and any concerns with my mini. I especially appreciate that they send pictures real time of their inspection. Granted, I have no idea what most of the parts are supposed to look like, but it makes me feel as though they are being very transparent. I've been able to get appointments scheduled quickly and the turn around time is also very timely. I've reviewed these guys as superstars before, but at nearly 30 years of them taking care of my BMW so that it runs like a clock, I want to reiterate that they are truly amazing in the quality and consideration of their work. It's worth the nearly 90-minute one-way-drive to work with people who I know I can trust implicitly. I've never been disappointed... only gratified by their expertise.

My car had an oil pan gasket leak, so I took into the Mtn View shop. Paul and the guys did a great job. They found the leak and repaired/fixed it. While in the shop they gifted me a loaner vehicle to get around town. Thanks Paul. Tell all the guys "Thanks". I highly recommend using them if you own a German made vehicle. Quotes are fairly accurate unless they find something else is causing the issue to be repaired. They call, text and email updates, as needed. They work around your schedule, too. Great team!!!!!

They made things very easy and I appreciated the communication. Will take my vehicle here again.
Same day appointment, very professional, fair pricing, friendly staff, safe location, clean office and wait room, thorough car inspection and detailed report, constant text updates, quick service. I came in for a battery issue thinking that a battery replacement was necessary. Instead, Paul suggested to test the battery, found the root cause, and was able to fix the issue without a new battery. Very happy with the service.

The service advisor listened to me and was able to take care of the primary problem for less than half of the estimate from another shop. He was knowledgeable, friendly and practical all at the same time.
