Customers are first with Stress-Free Auto Care. They make it easy to get an appointment and are very friendly and knowledgeable. They are very clear in their assessment and technical inspection. My only concern is that the cost is so high, but I don't think that is the company's fault. I own a Mini and they make it a challenge to just change the battery... I highly recommend this company.
The folks are extremely friendly and kind. They took a lot of care to make sure I understood everything and answered all of my questions. Plus they like my dog which always earns a recommendation!
If you have a Fiat 500 and nobody will touch it, not even Jiffy Lube, go see Stress Free Auto Care. They are the only ones that I trust with my Fiat 500 Sport. They really care about your car and know how to fix it. Thos other guys won't even try. If you need an oil change, light replacement, shock replacement, brakes, struts, seal leaks, they check everything over and will give you an estimate and pictures of what you need. These guys are the best.

Great experience for oil and filter change with Stress Free Mountain View. The free inspection is also very helpful.
My headlight burned out. They checked everything and it turned out it was a pigtail plug wire was fried. They quickly ordered a new one and let me use the loaner car. They replaced my rear wiper blade and the light bulb with pigtail plug. Those guys are amazing. I got my car back that day.

Extremely easy to make appointments online, easy drop off as well. Came for an oil change and tire rotation deal for $79.99. Stress-free. Took off one star because I was told my oil change and tire rotation would take 1-1.5 hour, but it turned out to be 2.5 hour with only an oil change.
