Friendly , helpful and knowledgeable. From the moment I walked in I felt the staff was there to fix my problem. They asked if my issue was covered under dealer warranty, which suggests that they were looking at what was in my best interest. Enjoyed talking to Rick while I waited for the repair. I think I found my new mechanic for all our vehicles.

This review is for my recent (2019 Mercedes GLE400) oil change and to circle back to my last (2024 Subaru Crosstrek) oil change 3 months ago. For the Subaru, a week after I changed the oil, I checked the oil level and it was way over filled. It was about an inch and a half past the MAX line. I checked the oil on a level serviced. I called the shop and they said to bring it in. I did and left it with them for a few hours. Highly recommend, needed a fast oil change on my Audi SQ5, turned out there was a bummed out tire, my fault, and a bad lower frt. control arm, thank you Audi, as well as I kept getting a coolant level warning...German Engineering, replace the coolant tank to replace the sensor...They also found a b so all in all the typical stuff that is found. I had scheduled an appointment for an oil change and it included a free inspection which was really thorough. The person helping me out was great at explaining everything.
