I brought my car in to fix my flat tire. Depending on the damage, they might have needed to repair 1 tire or replace 2 tires. The manager, Rick, was informative and helpful in explaining the different scenarios. He's also a really nice guy and cares about his customers. Thankfully the tire was repairable and I was on my way pretty quickly. I would definitely come back.

I was happy with the service and the people who I have interfaced with for many years now. And I'm really glad that they kept many of the old team members from when the shop was called "Made in Japan". I started coming here 4-5 years ago because this place was closer to me that Michael and Company in downtown San Jose where I was a customer for many years. I had a great experience there. Customer service gets top priority. The nicest help, in the office and in the garage. Everything very well explained, often with photos to show the problem. They even give a $15 credit toward using Lyft to take you to your next destination (ie home or work, etc.), and to bring you back when the car is ready.

Rick and the team at Campbell always take good care of me and my 2002 Mitsubishi. Sometimes I'll show up on very short notice but they'll get my car in for service! You'll get what you pay for and that's great value for your dollar.

Great staff. Very thorough with inspection and even sent me a video of what they saw wrong. Finished the job even quicker than I expected. On the expensive side but comparable to others in the area, that's just the Bay Area. Overall very happy with the job and customer service!

Friendly , helpful and knowledgeable. From the moment I walked in I felt the staff was there to fix my problem. They asked if my issue was covered under dealer warranty, which suggests that they were looking at what was in my best interest. Enjoyed talking to Rick while I waited for the repair. I think I found my new mechanic for all our vehicles.

This review is for my recent (2019 Mercedes GLE400) oil change and to circle back to my last (2024 Subaru Crosstrek) oil change 3 months ago. For the Subaru, a week after I changed the oil, I checked the oil level and it was way over filled. It was about an inch and a half past the MAX line. I checked the oil on a level serviced.
