Rick was extremely friendly, and it was a delightful experience getting my oil changed and brake lamp replaced. Clearly, he and the team are highly experienced, both as mechanics and as providers of high-quality service to their customers. As loyalty member the brake inspection fee was waved. Service was inspection it was done and reported to me.

I must say I was quite impressed by the service that I received. Everybody was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I loved how they informed me every step of the way with my repair both texted email. There was no hidden surprises. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

The quality of work was exceptional as was the customer service. I have never had to use insurance and a body shop to repair my car. Matt and Max made the process easy for me. My car looks brand new! I would highly recommend Made in Japan.

I made an appointment for my car and when I got there a man at a desk told me that he only had one technician and that I had to reschedule. I was really shocked to hear that, and to me I felt if he had called me, I wouldn't have driven there. No apologies or anything. He just basically told me he only had one technician for the day and my service would take pretty much all day and he's already working on a project and it just seemed like a waste of my time. This place had a different name before the pandemic (maybe longer ago). I went there one time when it had that name that included the word "Toyota" in it. I brought my car there for some kind of service, I don't remember what. I didn't go back there because of the prices.
