If your looking for a auto repair shop where they're honest, knowledgable, fair, and has great customer service, then Joel's Automotive Repair is the best choice around. I've been going to Joel's since 2005, when I first moved to Upland, and I will continue to go there for as long as they are in business. I recommend them to everyone I know.

Joel's Automotive in Upland again went above and beyond excellent repair and service. I was having a problem with my 1998 Nissan Frontier starting every so often for many years and was told it was my battery twice and alternator at other repair shops. My problem still existed until I took my Truck back to Joel's and was told for sure it was my ignition lock cylinder. Joel's Automotive is tops when it comes to servicing my Merceds E320. Joel and his staff a great and knowledgeable when it come to your car's needs. Joel has also found the correct price point on his prices...his prices are the best in the Inland Empire. His 24 month warranty is just added protection that he provides for his customers. I used Joel's shop for a second opinion for an A/C issue I was having. Joel's techs diagnosed the issue and I had the repair done. They were not only fast but efficient. The cost was reasonable and I left completely satisfied.

Joel's a really nice guy- works the front desk. Easy in and out repair with very fair pricing for labor. He'll definitely be my go to when I need repairs on my little coupe

I have been dealing with Joel for 2 years now. He has always been honest and up front about the cost for parts and repairs. Being able to have your car taken car of in a timely manner without having to come back and forth is a big concern for me. I know when Joel fixes my car It is done properly. Joel is very friendly and so easy to talk to. Very polite staff!

Never have had a bad experience at Joel's. He always has the customers best interest in mind. He never over sells or takes advantage of my lack of auto repair knowledge. Gave my car a quick oil change and checked my car to ensure I was ready for my long road trip to Arizona.

Joel has been fixing my car for years! He gets it done in a timely manner and my car is always running great when I pick it up. Every time I come I'm helped right away. Everyone who works in the office is very knowledgeable and helpful. I would suggest him to everyone I know! A few months ago he did tons of work on my car and it literally drives like new!

Joel takes good care of my vehicles. I regularly come here for routine maintenance. He inspects my car from bumper to bumper and let's me know if anything needs attention. No work is done without my approval. I can drop my vehicle off and know the work will be handled professionally. Pick it up when it's ready at my earliest convenience. The shop has even provided me with a ride locally when needed.
