I took my Porsche 911 carrera s for service on 7/25/19 to Joel's Automotive Repair for the first time. I was pleased with the great job they did,. MR Joel is very honest and knowledgeable and , didn't try to rip me off like other shops. For those people that are reading my review , I would highly recommended this shop to my friends and family. Broke down on 10 freeway and got towed here where Sheri took great care of me and got me back on the road. I was in a vulnerable situation but she was very helpful, quick and trustworthy. No price gauging, very fair and honest. i would highly recommend this company. finding an honest garage and mechanic is tough. this is a great place.

I purchased a vehicle and I needed to find a place near the seller to get a pre-purchase inspection. The people here were professional, prompt, and actually didn't charge me all that they could have. For their pre-purchase inspection they have an option to charge more if they dig in to any errors that pop in their inspection. They didn't have to, but they told me that no errors showed up so they didn't have to charge me the extra amount we talked about. Joel is kind, professional, courteous and gives service with a smile. No one wants to deal with car issues but he definitely made having issues with our car less difficult knowing that our vehicle was in good hands. He was able to diagnose the issue, fix it and get my husband and I on the road the same day. They informed us of all of the issues and communicated every step of the way. My tire light was on and I dropped in without an appointment. They were very friendly and helpful and looked at my tires right away! They checked for nails and put air in all tires. I was visiting from out of town and I'm a woman so I always worry I'm going to get ripped off. Not here!! Trustworthy business! 5 stars!
When you walk into an auto repair place you want this place. The lobby is clean the staff is nice and the guys in the back are great at what they do. There is never any pressure to get work done. They are on the pricey side but you get what you pay for. Top of the line parts, not cheap generic ones. I will continue bringing my vehicles here for any work that needs to be done. Word of advice, they are busy. All the time. So make a plan to drop your car off.
Joels is the best! I have taken my vehicle's to joels for years and he always comes through for me. I drive 30 miles to have my vehicle serviced here. Thank you for your hard work!!!!
