The power windows suddenly stopped working in my car, and it is against the rules to work on my car in my apartment complex. Short story: we brought a car with a weird noise, we were charged 2200 and after a week took the car back with the same problem. Owner even didn't find out during the week what is the problem, he randomly changed parts, it didn't help, but took money for his unprofessional service. In this day and age it's hard to find a mechanic that is honest and trustworthy. People are downright scandalous Even more so with this whole pandemic thing going on, social distancing and all that goes with it it's hard to get personal with someone when you can't get close to them. I've dealt with many mechanics in my life and not one was honest with me or didn't try and scam me in someway or another. I met Joel about a year and a half ago and been doing business with him since!! He is a great mechanic that gives you the truth about the repair!! He will properly diagnose your car and tell you what the car needs!! He runs a great shop and its always busy which is always a good sign!

I spent a month trying to get my 2011 Dodge Nitro to pass smog. Finally, i went to Joel's Automotive repair in Upland. He smoke tested it, found the Evap leak where all others failed and finally my son can drive his car without worry. Thanks Joel and crew!
