I had a wonderful experience at Joel's with my 198I 300D Mercedes repair. The car had been sitting up for years, but this place got her back in shape! It was well worth a little wait to get a quality job done. The waiting area was clean and the mechan.ics were professional. The owner here was personal and concerned.

Joel reacted just as expected when I informed him that I submitted complaints to DMV Investigations and the Bureau of Automotive Repair. He's now calling me directly and left a harassing voicemail. Let's just say he wasn't offering to resolve the issue amicably. If "Joel" wants to sell cars, he can get a dealer's license. His offer to "help" my customer find a car has been documented for review by 3rd parties.

I had a 180° pre-purchasing vehicle check up. I was happy that the mechanic expressed that it was a bad vehicle to buy. But disliked that he tried to sell me another vehicle from another person. Conflict of interest, Making it hard for me to see if he's being honest. Not sure but not professional.

These guys are great! I needed my bumper reattached, and came in without a set appointment. They got to me a little while later - which was totally fine - but they felt I waited too long, so they fixed it for free! So nice to know there are still neighborhood repair shops like this. I will definitely be going back. Thanks Joel's!

They do great service but their time frames are terrible I made an appointment for a simple oil change at 10:30am that should take an hour and I'm still waiting for a call it's been 3 hours and I've had to call twice and first they're at lunch the second time it's up on the rack but they made an excuse why my truck still wasn't ready . I made an appointment so it would be done before I had to pick up my husband at 2pm it's now 1:30pm and still haven't heard about my truck
Their service is fast and still very professional! I went here because my boss recommended it and we take all of our business vehicles! We love them and trust them with all our vehicles! I highly recommend!

The power windows suddenly stopped working in my car, and it is against the rules to work on my car in my apartment complex.
