Joel's Automotive in Upland again went above and beyond excellent repair and service. I was having a problem with my 1998 Nissan Frontier starting every so often for many years and was told it was my battery twice and alternator at other repair shops. My problem still existed until I took my Truck back to Joel's and was told for sure it was my ignition lock cylinder. If i could i would put 0 stars for the service brought my diesel truck in for service when i got it back chexk engine light was on he said it wasnt his fault blah blah one suggestion come here if you like to get raped with yur money because joel is good at it.....
Unless you want to be ripped off and not have your car work properly don't go there. Spent almost $3000 and never fixed my truck properly. Save yourself a lot of frustration and stay far far awayfrom this place.
Joel's Automotive is tops when it comes to servicing my Merceds E320. Joel and his staff a great and knowledgeable when it come to your car's needs. Joel has also found the correct price point on his prices...his prices are the best in the Inland Empire. His 24 month warranty is just added protection that he provides for his customers. I used Joel's shop for a second opinion for an A/C issue I was having. Joel's techs diagnosed the issue and I had the repair done. They were not only fast but efficient. The cost was reasonable and I left completely satisfied.

Never have had a bad experience at Joel's. He always has the customers best interest in mind. He never over sells or takes advantage of my lack of auto repair knowledge. Gave my car a quick oil change and checked my car to ensure I was ready for my long road trip to Arizona.
Joel has been fixing my car for years! He gets it done in a timely manner and my car is always running great when I pick it up. Every time I come I'm helped right away.
