All inclusive but a little shabby An overall great stay, all you can eat, drink and activities galore.... Shows were haaaamazing and most staff helpful and accomodating. We had an issue with our ac which was backed up by a broken ceiling fan in 30degC+ heat, we asked reception 4-5 times over the length of our stay and neither were repaired, although we didn't kick up too much of a stink I was not satisfied with this service. Nice place , close to beach In general staff helpful , but when comes to booking place in one of 2 restaurants staff is playing "hard to get place" for customers with pre paid services. We were sent twice to do booking via reception and then back to restaurant, not a good practice. Furthermore, while staff were very keen to do or help with any travel bookings done via hotel, this was not so when asked to assist with earlier bookings. Nice Hotel was nice, albeit old and in need of some updates. Stayed in studio room with ocean view, was very clean. 2 restaurants need reservations for dinner - 1 is always Italian other changes nightly (Mexican,Seafood,Asian).Italian is not air conditioned.Big outdoor tent with nightly buffet and entertainment. Snack/bar type food at pool. Food quality at all were great and Antonio the waiter was EXCELLET, made us feel welcome every night! Hotel normal e bom, daria para melhorar. Gostei do hotel, tanto serviço no mar quanto dentro do hotel, um bom teatro, único problema que obtive, foi que havia esquecido um cartucho de plastico com chip das fotos na pia do banheiro, no mesmo dia voltei ao hotel e nada foi encontrado apesar do quarto ser muito bem limpo diariamente. E as ajudas que ofereceram para conseguir reaver o chip foram fracas e em vão, no resumo perdemos muitas fotos dos passeio.

Très bon séjour à Sunset Royal. Très comfortable, bien situé pour faire de nombreuses activités/ excursions. En revanche, il y a de nombreuses confusions entre les services proposés d'après leur site web officiel et la réalité (All inclusive pour un séjour de plus de 4 jours qui inclut un dîner au homard en fait est un mensonge, le 'Bamboo', présenté comme un restaurant en bord de plage, n'existe pas...) et cet aspect est décevant car jusqu'à la fin du séjour on se demande quelles seront les autres surprises.

Ehhhhh....ok for a budget The staff was great, but the hotel was lacking. The rooms are built around a central restraunt and you can hear the dishes cleaning till 1 a.m. The food was terrible. I actually lost weight being all inclusive. The drinks were also lackluster and made with artifical juice. Next time I'd pay more for a nicer hotel.

Great beach location Great stay, staff friendly, very clean all hotels area, about 15 drive to and from airport, you can catch the local bus from in front of the hotel to go to down town shopping area of Cancun. That's if you can leave the beautiful beach and the cocktails....Breakfast is great, buffet is great which doesn't need booking. Some restaurants need you to book it. Tipping is expected to all that serve you. So enjoy your stay in sunny Cancun ....

On the ocean. Close to shopping and nIght life. Not a lot of information upon arrival. Missed out on our lobster dinner. Reservations. Family separated on same floor. But good location good time
